Follow the installation instructions that your site administrator distributed. During installation,
you will be required to provide the information below.

When the User Information dialog box appears, enter the following items:
Name:

Organization: _________________________________________________________
Serial Number: _________________________________________________________

When the Enter Information (License Code) dialog box appears, enter the following number:
License Code: _________________________________________________________
Note: When entering the license number, enter the spaces between the numbers as shown.
