KUTVGP) REQUEST FOR PUBLIC RECORDS Tam making a request for public records under the Utah Government Records Access and Management Act UCA 63G-2-2 (1) request copies of all e-mails sent by Roosevelt City Manager Ryan Snow to any employee of the Roosevelt City Police Department from March 1, 2016 to present. (2) I request copies of all e-mails sent by City Manager Ryan Snow to any member of the Utah Highway Patrol from March 1, 2016 to present. (3) I request copies of e-mails sent from any employee of the Roosevelt City Police Department and City Manager Ryan Snow from March 1, 2016 to present. (4) I request copies of any correspondence, including e-mails, between Police Chief Rick Harrison and City Manager Ryan Snow from March 1, 2016 to present. AS part of my request, [ask that the city inelude any correspondence that falls within the previous 4 requests that is sent after my request is received by the city. I request that the department waive any fees associated with my request in accordance with UCA 63G-2- 203 (4), which encourages agencies to fulfill a request without charge when releasing the records benefits the public rather than a person.
