SuratushShua'raa. [26] :

In the name of Allaah the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

TaaSeemMeem. [1].
1."Arabic alphabets, preceding the Surat [chapter] .

Tilka aayaatulkitaabilmubeen. [2].
2These are the Aayaat [verses] of the clear Book [AlQuran] .

Laallaka baaqiun nafsaka allaa yakoonoo mumineen. [3].
3. "{O Muhammad [SAS], You may perhaps become yourself faded [in grief] that those
[infidels] do not become believers .

In nashaa nunazzilu alaihim minassamaae aayatan fazallat anaaquhum laha
qaazieen. [4].
4."If We desire, We would sent down upon them a sign, so their necks would have remained
submissive to it .

Wa maa yaateehim min zikrin minarRahmaani muhdasin illaa kaanoo anha
murizeen. [5].
5.And that which come to them from advice from Rahmaan [Allaah] a new [revelation] except
that they were the turnawayers from it .

Fa qad kazzaboo fasayaateehim anbaau maa kaanoo bihi yastahziuun. [6].
6. So, In deed they have denied [the truth/AlQuran] thus it will come to them the news, to
which they were making mockery with it .

Awalam yaraow ilalarzi kam anbatnaa feeha min kulli zaowjin kareem. [7].
7.Do they not look at the earth, how We have grown in it beautiful pairs? .

Inna fee zaalika laaayaatan wa maa kaana aksaruhum mumineen. [8].
8.Certainly, in that there are signs, many of them are not believers .

Wa inna rabbaka lahuwalazeezurRaheem. [9].
9.And certainly, your Nourisher is indeed the most Powerful, the most Merciful .

wa iz naadaa rabbuka Moosa anitilqaowmazzaalimeen. [10].
10. And when your Nourisher called Moosa [AS] to come to the community of wrong doers .

Qaowma Firaowna, a laa yattaqoon. [11].
11. The community of Firawn, Do they not afraid/save themselves from the wrong doings

Qaala rabbee innee aqaafu an yukazziboonee. [12].
12. {Moosa AS] said, O My Nourisher, certainly I am afraid that they may belie me .

Wa yazeequ sadree wa laa yantaliqu lisaanee faarsil ilaa Haaroon. [13].
13. And my chest tightens and my tongue is not fluent, so send towards Haroon [AS] .

Wa lahum alaiyya zanbun faaqaafu an yaqtuloonee. [14].
14.And for them on me there is a sin, so I am afraid that they may kill me .

Qaala kallaa, fazhabaa biaa'yaatinaa inna maakum mustami uun. [15].
15. [Allaah] said, [it will] Never, So, you both go with Our signs, certainly, with you, We are
the listeners .

Fatiya Firaowna faqoola inna rasoolu rabbilaalameen. [16].
16. So, both came to Firaown, then said, Certainly, we are the messengers of the Nourisher of
the worlds .

An arsil maanaa baniIsrael. [17].
17. That send with us the children of Israel .

Qaala a lam nurabbika feenaa waleedan wa labista feenaa min umrika sineen. [18].
18. [Firaown] said, Have not, We nourished you as a child and you spent among us years of
your life .

Wa faalta falatakallati faalta wa anta minalkaafireen. [19].
19.And you did your deed, which you did and you are from the infidels .

Qaala faaltuha izan a anaa minazzaalleen. [20].
20.[Moosa AS] said, I did that when I was from the ignorants .

Fa farartu minkum lamma qiftukum fawahab lee rabbee hukman wa jaalanee
minalmursaleen:. [21].

21. Then I ran away from you, when I was afraid of you, so my Nourisher has given me the
order and made me from the messengers .

Wa tilka nimatun tamunnuha alaiyya an abbatta bani Israel. [22].
22 And that benefaction bestowed it upon me that you have made the children of Israel your
slaves .

Qaala Firaownu wa maa rabbulaalameen. [23].
23. [Firaown] said, And what is the Nourisher of the worlds? .

Qaala rabbussamaawaati walarzi wa maa bainahuma, in kutum mu qineen. [24].
24. [Moosa AS] said, Nourisher of the skies and the earth and that which is in between the two,
if you are assured ones .

Qaala liman haowlahu, a laa tastamiuun. [25].
25.[Firaown] said, to those who were around him, Are you not listening? .

Qaala rabbukum wa rabbu aabaaikumulawwaleen. [26].
26.[Moosa AS] said, Your Nourisher and the Nourisher of your forefathers earlier

Qaala inna rasoolakumullazee ursila ilaikum lamajnoon. [27].
27.[Firaown] said, Certainly, your messenger who is sent upon you, is indeed a mad man.

Qaala rabbulmashriqi walmagribi wa maa bainahumaa, in kuntum taqiloon. [28].
28.[Moosa AS] said, Nourisher of the east and the west and that which is in between the two,
if you can understand .

Qaala lainittaqazta Ilaahan gairee laajalannaka minalmas juneen. [29].
29.[Firaown] said, If you hold as Ilaah [god] other than me, indeed I will make you from the
prisoners .

Qaala awalaow jituka bishaiin mubeen. [30].
30.[Moosa AS] said, Even if I bring you with a thing clear ?.

Qaala fati bihi in kunta minassaadiqeen. [31].
31.[Firaown] said, Then bring with it, if you are from the truthfuls .

Fa alqaa asaahu faizaa hiya subaanun mubeen. [32].

32. So, [Moosa AS] Droped his staff, so, consequently, it [turned into] a clear serpent .

Wa nazaa yadahu faizaa hiya baizaau linnaazireen. [33].
33. And pulled his hand [from his under-arm] So, it is white for the onlookers .

Qaala lilmalae haowlahu inna haazaa lasaahirun aleem. [34].
34. [Firaown] said to the chiefs around him, Certainly, this is well versed sorcerer .

Yureedu an yuqrijakum min arzikum bisihrihi, fa maazaa tamuroon. [35].
35. [The, Moosa AS], Desires to remove you from your land, with his sorcery, so what do you
order ?.

Qaaloo arjih wa aqaahu wabas filmadaaini haa'shereen. [36].
36. They said, Defer him and his brother and send to the cities [for] the gatherers [sorcerers] .

Yaatooka bikulli sahhaarin aleem. [37].
37. [They will] Bring to you with all knowing sorcerers .

Fa jumiassahratu limeeqaati yaowmin maloom. [38].
38.So the sorcerers collected at a fixed time on the known day .

Wa qeela linnaasi hal antum mujtamiuun. [39].
39. And it was told to the people, Are you the gathered ones ? .

Laallanaa nattabiussahrata in kaanoo humulgaalibeen. [40].
40. "So that you may perhaps follow the sorcery, if they become over-powerers .

Fa lamma jaassahratu qaaloo liFiraowna ainna lanaa laajran in kunna
nahnulgaalibeen. [41].
41. So when the sorcerers came, they said to Firaown, Is there any reward for us, if we
became the victors .

Qaala naam wa innakum laminalmuqarrabeen. [42].
42. [Firaown] said, Yes, if so, certainly you will be the nearer ones [to Firaown] ,

Qaala lahum Moosa alqoo maa antum mulqoon. [43].
43 [Moosa AS] said to them, Drop that to which you are the droppers .

Fa alqaow hibaaluhum wa asiyyahum wa qaaloo biizzati Firaowna innaa
lanahnulgaaliboon. [44].
44.So they dropped their ropes and their staffs and said, By the prestige of Firaowan, certainly,
will be the victors .

Faalqaa Moosa faizaa hiya talqafu maa yaafikoon. [45].
45, So, Moosa [AS] dropped his staff, so, it usurp that which they falsify

Faulqiyassahratu saajideen. [46].
46. Then the sorcerers fell down as prostraters .

Qaaloo aamannaa birabbilaalameen. [47].
47. They said, We believed in the Nourisher of the worlds

Rabbi Moosa wa Haaroon. [48].
48. The Nourisher of Moosa (AS) and Haroon .


Qaala aamantum lahu qabla an aazana lakum innahu lakabee rukumullazee
allamakumussihra falasaowfa talamoona, lauqattianna aidi yakum wa arjulakum min
qilaafin wa lausallibannakum ajmaeen. [49].
49.[Firaown] said, You have belied for Him [Nourisher/Allaah] before I permit you, certainly,
he [Moosa AS] is great of you, who has taught you the sorcery, so very nearly you will know,
definitely I will cut your hands and legs from opposite sides and definitely, I will hang you all
together .

Qaaloo laa zaiira innaa ilaa rabbinaa munqaliboon. [50].
50[Sorcerers] said, No harm, surely we are turning towards our Nourisher .

Innaa natmau an yagfiralanaa rabbunaa qataayaanaa an kunnaa awwalal
mumineen. [51].
51. Certainly, we hope that our Nourisher will forgive our mistakes that we can be the first
believers

Wa aowhainaa ilaa Moosa an asri biibaadee innakum muttabi uun. [52].
52.And, We revealed to Moosa to carry away My servants during the night, certainly you will
be followed .

Fa arsala Firaownu filmadaaini haashireen. [53].
53.So Firaown sent in the Madayin/cities [for] the gatherers .

Inna haaulaae lashirzimatun qaleeloon. [54].
54.Certainly, those are, indeed a small group .

Wa innahum lanaa lagaaizoon. [55].
55.And certainly, they are for us the anger-inciters .

Wa innaa lajameeun haaziroon. [56].
56.And certainly, We are careful for all people .

Fa aqrajnaahum min jannaatin wa uyuun. [57].
57. So, We removed them from the gardens and the springs .

Wa kunoozin wa maqaamin kareem. [58].
58...And the treasures and an honourable place to stay .

Kazaalika aowrasnaaha baniIsrael. [59].
59.Like that We made the children of Isael its successors

Fattabauuhum mushriqeen. [60].
60.So,They [Firaown and his party] followed them at day break .

Falamma taraaljamaani qaala ashaabu Moosa innaa lamud rakoon. [61].
61.So, when the two [groups] saw [each other] the companions of Moosa [AS] said, Certainly,
we are the recognized ones .

Qaala kalla inna maiya rabbee sayahdeenee. [62].
62. [Moosa AS] said, Never, certainly, my Nourisher is with me. He will guide me.

Faaowhainaa ilaa Moosa anizrib biasaakalbahr, fanfalaqa fakaana kullu firqin
kattaowdilazeem. [63].
63.Then We revealed to Moosa [AS], "As to hit with your staff on the sea", thus [the sea] split,
so each part was like a great mountain

Wa azlafnaa summalaaqareen. [64].
64.And, We draw nearer [the groups of Moosa AS] then the later ones [the group of Firaown] .

Wa anjainaa Moosa wa man maahu ajmaeen. [65].
65.And, We, saved Moosa [AS] and those who were with him all together .

Summa agraqnalaaqareen. [66].
66.Then, We, Drowned the latters .

Inna fee zaalika laaayatan, wa maa kaana aksaruhum mu mineen. [67].
67.Certainly, in that there is a sign and many of them were not the believers .

Wa inna rabbaka lahuwalazeezurraheem. [68].
68.And certainly, your Nourisher, indeed He is the most Mighty, the most Merciful .

Watlu laihim nabaa Ibraaheem. [69].
69.And, read to them [tell] the news of Ibraaheem [AS] .

Iz qaala liabeehi wa qaowmihi maa tabudoon. [70],
70.When he said to his father, To whom you are worshiping ? .

Qaaloo nabudu asnaaman fanazallu laha aakifeen. [71].
71.They said, We worship the idols, so we have continued to do it, for it [idols] we are the
devoted ones .

Qaala hal yasmauunakum iz taduuna. [72].
72.He said, Do they listen to you, when you call [them] .

Aow yanfauunakum aow yazurroon. [73]
73. Or, "Do they benefit you, or do they harm you? .

Qaaloo bal wajadnaa aabaaa naa kazaalika yafaloon. [74].
74. They said, Rather we found our fore-fathers doing like that .

Qaala afaraitum maa kuntum tabudoon. [75].
75.He said, Have you seen to which you are worshipping? .

Antum wa aabaaukumulaqdamoon. [76].
76.You and your fore-fathers previous .

Fa innahum aduwun lee illa rabbalaalameen. [77].
77.So, certainly, they are enemy to me except the Nourisher of the worlds .

Allazee qalaqanee fahuwa yahdeenee. [78].
78.Who has created me, so He guides me .

Wallazee huwa yutimunee wa yasqeenee. [79].
79.And He is who [provides] me food and [provides] drink to me .

Wa iza mariztu fahuwa yashfeenee. [80].
80.And when I fell ill, then He cures me .

Wallazee yumeetunee summa yuheenee. [81].
81.And who causes me to die, then He will bring me to life .

Wallazee atmau an yagfiralee qateeatee yaowmaddeen. [82].
82.And whom, I hope that He will forgive me, my mistakes on the Doomsday .

Rabbee hablee hukman walhiqnee bissaaleheen. [83].
83. O My Nourisher, give me the authority and join me with the righteous people .

Wajallee lisaana sidqin filaaqireen. [84].
84. And for me a language of truthful [respectful mention] in the latter generations .

Wajalnee min warasati jannatinnaeem. [85].
85.And make me from the inheritors of the Heavens of happiness .

Wagfir liabee innahu kaana minazzaalleen. [86].
86.And forgive my father, certainly, he is from the strayers .

Wa laa tuqzinee yaowma yubasoon. [87].
87.And dont disgrace me on the Day of Resurrection? .

Yaowma laa yanfau maalun wa laa banoon. [88].
88.Day [when] wealth will not benefit and nor the children .

Illa man atallaaha biqalbin saleem. [89].
89.Except the one who came to Allaah with an unblemished heart .

Wa uzlifatiljannatu lilmuttaqeen. [90].
90.And the Heaven is made near to the righteous people .

Wa burrizatiljaheemu lilgaaween. [91].
91.And the Hell has appeared for the strayers .

wa qeela lahum aiynama kuntum tabudoon. [92].
92.And it was told to them, Where are those which you were worshipping? .

Min doonillaahi, hal yansuroonakum aow yantasiroon. [93].
93. Leaving Allaah, Do they help you or help themselves? .

Fakubkiboo feeha hum walgaaoon. [94].
94.So, they were turned upside down in it and they were the strayers .

Wa junoodu Ibleesa ajmauun. [95].
95.And armies of Iblees, all togther .

Qaaloo hum feeha yaqtasimoon. [96].
96.They said, And they were quarrelling in it .

Tallaahi in kunnaa lafee zalaalin mubeen. [97].
97.By Allaah, certainly, we were in a clear strayal .

Iz nusawweekum birabbilaalameen. [98].
98.When we were making you equal to the Nourisher of the worlds .

Wa maa azallanaa illalmujrimoon. [99].
99. None has astrayed Us except the sinners

Fa maa lanaa min shaafieen. [100].

100. So no one is for Us from the intercessors .

Wa laa sadeeqin hameemin. [101].
101. And no intimate friend .

Fa laow anna lanaa karratan fatakoona minalmumineen. [102].
102.So if there is return for us [to the world] then we will become from the believers .

Inna fee zaalika laaayatan, wa maa kaana aksaruhum mumineen. [103].
103. Certainly, in it there is a sign and many of them were not the believers .

Wa inna rabbaka lahuwalazeezurraheem. [104].
104. Certainly, Your Nourisher in indeed the most Powerful, the most Merciful .

Kazzabat qaowmu Noohinilmursaleen. [105].
105. The community of Nooh [AS], denied the messengers .

Iz qaala lahum aqoohum Noohun a'laatataqoon. [106].
106. When [it is] said to them their brother Nooh,(AS) Do you not fear [Allaah]? .

Innee lakum rasoolun ameen. [107].
107. Certainly, I am for you, an honest messenger .

Fattaqullaaha wa ateeuunee. [108].
108. So fear Allaah and obey me .

Wa maa asalukum alaiho min ajrin in ajriya illa alaa rabbil alameen. [109].
109. And I do not ask you, on it any reward, my reward is not except on the Nourisher of the
worlds .

Fattaqullaaha wa ateeuunee. [110].
110. So fear Allaah and obey me .

Qaaloo anuminu laka wattabaakalarzaloon. [111].
111. They said, Are we to believe you, and [when] mean [people] have followed you?

Qaala wa maa ilmee bimaa kanoo yamaloon. [112].

112. [Noon AS] said, And what knowledge [no knowledge] do I have with which they were
doing .

In hisaabuhum illa alaa rabbee laow tashuroon. [113].
113. Their account is not except on my Nourisher, if you could percept .

Wa maa anaa bitaaridilmumineen. [114].
114.. And I am not the expeller of/to the believers .

In anaa illa nazeerun mubeen. [115].
115. I am not except a clear warner .

Qaaloo lain lam tantahu yaa Noohu latakoonanna minalmar joo meen. [116].
116. They said, If you dont keep away [from the preaching towards Allaah], O Nooh,(AS)
indeed you will surely become from the stoned ones [those stoned till death]

Qaala rabbee inna qaowmee kazzaboonee. [117].
117, [Nooh AS] said, O My Nourisher, certainlllly, my community has denied me ,

Faftah bainee wa bainahum fathan wa najjinee wa man maiya minal mu mineen. [118].
118. So unfold between me and between them, an unfolding and save me and those who are
with me from the believers .

Fa anjainaahu wa man maahu fil fulkilmashhoon. [119].
.119. So We saved him [Nooh AS] and those who were with him in the fully loaded ship [with
the believers and the livestock] .

Summa agraqnaa badulbaqeen. [120].
120 Then We, drowned the remained ones after [the saving] .

Inna fee zaalika laaayatan, wa maa kaana aksaruhum mumineen. [121].
121 Certainly, in it there is a sign and many of them were not the believers [of Faith]

Wa inna rabbaka lahuwalazeezurraheem. [122].
122. And certainly, your Nourisher is indeed the most Powerful, the most Merciful

Kazzanat Aadunilmursaleen. [123].

123.[The community] Aad, belied the messengers .

Iz qaala lahum aqoohum Hoodun a laa tattaqoon. [124].
124.When said to them, their brother Hood, Do you not fear [Allaah]? .

Innee lakum rasoolun ameen. [125].
125.Certainly, I am for you an honest messenger .

Fattaqullaaha wa ateeuunee. [126].
126.So, fear Allaah and obey me .

Wa maa asalukum alaihi min ajrin in ajriya illa alaa rabbil aala meen. [127].
127. "I do not ask you, on it any reward, my reward is not except on the Nouriosher of the
worlds .

A tab'noona bikullireein aayatan tabasoon. [128].
128.Do you build [palaces] at every choices parts as a sign, you do it futile, [without making
use of it] .

Wa tattaqizoona masaania laallakum taqludoon. [129].
129.And you hold ratified work places, so that, perhaps you may live for ever .

Wa izaa batashtum batashtum jabbareena. [130].
130.And when you attack with violence, you attack with violence as arrogants .

Fattaqullaaha wa ateeuunee. [131].
131.So fear Allaah and follow me .

Wattaqullazee amaddakum bimaa talamoon. [132].
132. And fear Him, who helped you with which you know .

Amaddakum bian'aamin wa baneen. [133].
133.He has helped you with cattle and sons .

Wa jannaatin wa uyuunin. [134].
134.And the gardens and the springs .

Innee aqaafu alaikum azaa'ba yaowmin azeem. [135].
135. Certainly, I am afraid on you of the punishment of the Great Day .

Qaaloo sawaaun alainaa aow azta am lam takun minalwaaizeen. [136].
136. It is equal on us, either you advise us or you may never become from the advisers

In haazaa illa quluqilawwaleen. [137].
137.This is not except the nature of the previous ones [like the nature of the earlier people] .

Wa maa nahnu bimuazzabeen. [138].
138.And we are not with the punished ones .

Fakazzaboohu faahlaknaahum, inna fee zaalika laaayatan, wa maa kaana aksaruhum
mumineen. [139].
139.So they denied him [Hood AS], then, We destroyed them, certainly in it there is a sign and
many of them were not the believers".

Wa inna rabbaka lahuwalazeezurraheem. [140].
140.And certainly, your Nourisher [is] indeed, He is the most Powerful, the most Merciful .

Kazzabat Samoodulmursaleen. [141].
141.[the community of] Samood denied the messengers .

Iz qaala lahum aqoohum Saalihun a laa tattaqoon. [142].
142. When said to them, their brother Saaleh,(AS) Do you not fear [Allaah]?.

Innee lakum rasoolun ameen. [143].
143. Certainly, I am for you, an honest messenger .

Fattaqullaaha wa ateeuunee. [144].
144.So, fear Allaah and obey me .

Wa maa asalukum alaihi min ajrin in ajriya illa alaa rabbil alameen. [145].
I do not ask you, on it any reward, my reward is not except on the Nourisher of the worlds .

A tutrakoona fee maa haahunaa aamineen. [146].
146.Will you be left over here in which you are peacefull ? .

Fee jannaatin wa uyuunin. [147].
147.In the gardens and the springs .

Wa zurooin wa naqlin taluha hazeem. [148].
148And agrarian farm and date- palms [its] spadix [which are] digestables .

Wa tanhitoona minaljibaali buyuutan faariheen. [149].
149. And you chesil houses from the mountains, lively

Fattaqullaaha wa ateeuunee. [150].
150.So fear Allaah and obey me .

Wa laa tuteeu amralmusrifeen. [151].
151.And dont obey the orders of extravagants .

Allazeena yufsidoona filarzi wa laa yuslihoon. [152].
152.Those who do corruption on the earth and do not set the things right .

Qaaloo innama anta minalmushhareen. [153].
153.They said, Certainly, you are from the sorcerers .

Maa anta illa basharun mislunaa, fati biaayatin in kuata minas saadiqeen. [154].
154.You are not except a human being like us, so bring out a sign if you are from the truthful .

Qaala haazihi naaqatun laha shirbun wa lakum shirbun yaowmin maloom. [155].
155.[Saaleh AS] said, This is a she-camel, for her is a drink and for you a drink [on] the made
known day .

Wa laa tamassooha bisooin fayaaquzakum azaabu yaowmin azeem. [156].
156.Dont touch her with bad [intentions] then the punishment of the Great Day will hold you .

Faaqarooha faasbahu naadimeen. [157].
157.Thus they slaughtered her, then they became regretful .

Fa aqaza humulazaabu, inna fee zaalika laaayatan wa maa kaana aksa ruhum
mumineen. [158].

158.So, the punishment held them, certainly, in it, there is a sign and many of them were not the
believers .

Wa inna rabbaka lahuwalazeezurraheem. [159].
159.And certainly, your Nourisher is indeed the most Powerful, the most Merciful .

Kazzabat qaowmu Lootinilmursaleen. [160].
160.The community of Loot [AS] denied the messengers .

Iz qaala lahum aqoohum Lootun, a laa tattaqoon. [161].
161.When said to them their brother Loot,(AS) Do you not fear [Allaah].

Innee lakum rasoolun ameen. [162]
162. "Certainly, I am for you an honest messenger .

Fattaqullaaha wa ateeuunee. [163].
163. "So, fear Allaah and obey me .

Wa maa asalukum alaihi min ajrin in ajriya illaa alaa rabbil aalameen. [164].
164.I do not ask you on it any reward, my reward is not except on the Nourisher of the worlds .

A taatoonazzukraana minalaalameen. [165].
165.Do you come to the men from the worlds [for homo- sexuality] .

Wa tazaroona maa qalaqa lakum rabbukum min azwaajikum, bal antum
qaowmun'aaddoon. [166].
166.And leave that which your Nourisher has created for you from your wives, but you are a
hostile-community .

Qaaloo lain lam tantahi yaa Lootu latakoonanna minal muqri jeen. [167].
167.They said, If you do not desist [from your advices] O Loot [AS], definitely you will
become from the removed ones [from the town] .

Qaala innee liamalikum minalqaaleen. [168].
168.[Loot AS] said, Certainly, I am for your doings, from the unpleased ones .

Rabbee najjinee wa ahlee mimma yamaloon. [169].
169.O My Nourisher, save me and my family from that which they do .

Fa najjainaahu wa ahlahu ajmaeen. [170].
170.So, We saved him and his family all together.

Illa ajoozan filgaabireen. [171].
171.Except an old woman [Loot ASs wife] among those who remained back .

Summa dammarnalaaqireen. [172].
172.Then We destroyed others .

Wa amtarnaa alaihim mataran, fasaaa matarulmunzareen. [173].
173.And We rained on them a rain, thus bad was the rain of the warned ones .

Inna fee zaalika laaayatan, wa maa kaana aksaruhum mumineen. [174].
174.Certainly, in it there is a sign and many of them were not the believers .

Wa inna rabbaka lahuwalazeezurraheem. [175].
175.Certainly, your Nourisher, indeed He is the Most Powerful, the Most Merciful .

Kazzaba ashaabulaiykatilmursaleen. [176].
176.The dwellers of Aaikat denied the messengers .

Iz qaala lahum Shuaiybun a laa tattaqoon. [177].
177.When , Shoeb(AS) said to them, Do you not fear [Allaah]? .

Innee lakum rasoolun ameen. [178].
178.Certainly, I am for you an honest messenger .

Fattaqullaaha wa ateeuunee. [179].
179. "So, fear Allaah and obey me .

"Wa maaas'a'lukum alaihi min ajrin in ajriya illa alaa rabbil' alameen". [180]
180.And I do not ask you, on it any reward, my reward is not except on the Nourisher of the
worlds . 180

"Aowful kaila wa laa takaoonoo minal'muq'sireen".[181]
181. Complete fully the measure and do not become from the lesser.

Wazinoo bilqistaasilmustaqeem. [182].
182. "And weigh with true, straight balancd

Wa laa tabqasunnaasa ashyaaahum wa laa tasaow filarzi mufsideen. [183].
183.And do not decrease due/things to the people and do not cause mischief on the earth .

Wattaqullazee qalaqakum waljibillatalawwaleen. [184].
184. And fear [ Allaah] who has created you and the composition of the earlier [people]

Qaaloo innamaa anta minalmusahhareen. [185].
185. They said, Certainly, you are from the sorcerers .

Wa maa anta illa basharun mislunaa wa innazunnuka laminal kaazibeen. [186].
186. You are not except a human being like us, and we think, indeed you are from the liers .

Fa asqit alainaa kisafan minassamaai in kunta minassaadiqeen. [187].
187. So, drop on us a piece from the sky, if you are from the truthful .

Qaala rabbee alamu bimaa tamaloon. [188].
188.{Shoeb AS] said, My Nourisher knows well, with that which you do .

Fakazzaboohu faaqazahum azaabuyaowmazzullati, innahu kaana azaaba yaowmin
azeem. [189].
188. Thus they denied him [Shoeb AS], So, the punishment of the Day of shadow held them,
Certainly, It was the punishment of the great Day .

Inna fee zaalika laaayatan, wa maa kaana aksaruhum mumineen. [190].
190.Certainly, In it there is a sign and most of them were not the believers .

Wa inna rabbaka lahuwalazeezurraheem. [191].
191. And, Certainly, your Nourisher, indeed He is the Most Powerful, the Most Merciful .

Wa innahu latanzeelu rabbilaalameen. [192].
192.And, Certainly, it is [AlQuran] indeed the revelation of the Nourisher of the worlds .

Nazala bihirRoohulAmeen. [193].

193.Rooh-ulameen [Jibrael AS] descended with it [AlQuran] .

Alaa qalbika litakoona minalmunzireen. [194].
194.On your heart [Muhsmmad SAS] so as you to become from the warners .

195. Bilisaani arabiimmubeen. [195].
195. With [in] a clear Arabic language .

Wa innahu lafee zuburilawwaleen. [196].
196 And certainly, it [AlQuran] indeed [mentioned in] earlier Books .

Awa lam yakun lahum aayatan an yalamahu ulamaau banee Israel. [197].
197. Can it not be a sign for them, that the scholars of the children of Israel know it?. [Yes, they
can know it{ .

Wa laow nazzalnaahu alaa bazilajameen. [198].
198. And if ,We have revealed it on some of the Non-Arabs .

Fa qaraahu alaihim maa kaanoo bihi mumineen. [199].
199. So, He recited on them who were not the believers to it .

200. Kazaalika salaknaahu fee quloobilmujrimeen. [200].
200. Like that We have persued it [denial] into the hearts of the wrong doers .

Laa yuminoona bihi hatta yarawulazaabalaleem. [201].
201 They will not believe it until they see the painful punishment .

Fayaatiyahum bagtatan wa hum laa yashuroon. [202].
201. So, it will come to them all of a sudden and they should not have the sensitivity .

Fayaqooloo hal nahnu minzaroon. [203].
203. So, they may say, Are we the respited ones?. .

A fabiazaabinaa yastajiloon. [204].
204. Do they haste for Our punishment? .

A faraayta in mattanaahum sineen. [205].
205. Have seen, [imagine] [Muhammad SAS], If We allow them to enjoy [how many] years?
.

Summa jaahum maa kaanoo yuadoon. [206].
206. Then there came to them that which they were promised .

Maa agnaa anhum maa kaanoo yumattauun. [207].
207. It did not enriched them that which they were enjoying .

Wa maa ahlaknaa min qaryatin illa laha munziroon. [208].
208. And We did not destroyed any town, except for it, there were the warners .

Zikraa, wa maa kunnaa zaalimeen. [209].
209. [It is an ] Advice, and We were never became the wrong doers .

Wa maa tanazzalat bihishshayaateen. [210].
210. The Shayateen [devils] have not descended with it [AlQuran] .

Wa maa yanbagee lahum wa maa yastateeuun. [211].
211. And it does not excel for them [to descend with AlQuran] and they are unable to do it .

Inna hum anissame lamazooloon. [212].
212 Certainly, they are for the listening, imdeed are the expelled ones .

Fa laa tadu maallaahi Ilaaha aaqara, fatakoona minal uazzi een. [213].
213. Certainly, they are for the listening, indeed are the ezpelled ones.

Wa anzir asheeratakaaqrabeen. [214].
214.And, [O Muhammad SAS] Warn [against rejecting of Faith] your near relatives .
Ibn Kaseer and AlQurtubi have recorded the act of Rasoolullaah[SAS] that after the revelation
of this Aayat, Rasoolullaah [SAS] invited the members of his tribe for a feast and asked Ali [Rz] to
fry a lamb and keep a pot of milk. It is recorded that each one of hem can eat a goat a a time and can
drink milk, a pot full at a time. The food was served, each one ate full of their stomach and drank
milk a pot full, then Rasoolullaah [SAS] asked them to believe in oneness of Allaah and him to be
His messenger, citing an example of his truthfulness by asking them as to whether they believe him
or not, when he say to them, there is an enemy behind, eager to attack on them. They accepted that
they will believe him, but Abu Lahab stood and said, What we have seen is nothing but a magic .
[the sufficiency of food and the milk]. Thus all dispersed off. He repeated the same for another two
days. On the third day Ali {z], though a boy stood and declared his acceptance if Islaam .

Waqfiz janaahaka limanittabaaka minalmumineen. [215].
215. And keep down your arms [be kind] for the one who follow you from the believers

.Fa in asaowka faqul innee bareeyun mimma tamaloon. [216].
216.So, If they disobey you, then say, I am free from that which you do .

Wa tawakkal alalazeezirraheem. [217].
217. And keep our trust on the Most Powerful, the Most Merciful .

Allazee yaraaka heena taqoomu. [218].
218. Who, see you [O Muhammad SAS] when you stand up [for prayer]

Wa taqallubaka fissaajideen. [219].
219. And your movement [to and fro] among the prostraters .

Innahu huwassameeulaleem. [220].
220. .Certainly, He [Allaah] is the Most Listener, the Most Knower .

Hal unabbiukum alaa man tanazzalushshayaateenu. [221].
Shall I inform you [people] on the one upon whom the Shayateen [devil] descend

Tanazzalu alaakulli affaakin aseem. [222].
222.. They descend on all the sinful liers .

Yulqoonassama wa aksaruhum kaaziboon. [223].
223. They extend the listening [to know the news from the angels] and most of them are liers .
Ibn Kaseer has rcorded the saying of Rasoolullaah [SAS] wherein he explained, when he was
told that some of the fore-telling from the sorcerers come true He said, The jinns try to listen to
some of the talks of the angels about the commands of Allaah, in the skies. They come down and put
it into thei believing sorcerers, who add most of their lies to it and tell to the people .

Washshuraau yattabiuhumulgaauun. [224].
224.And poets, to them follow the strayers .

A lam tara annahum fee kulli waadin yaheemoon. [225].
225. Have you not seen that they wander in all the vallies, [they express their views on all the
subjects] .

Wa annahum yaqooloona maa laa yafaloon. [226].
226. And they say that which they do not d

.
Illallazeena aamanoo wa amilussaalihaati wa zakarullaaha kaseeran wantasaroo
minbadi maa zulimoo wa sayalamullazeena zalamoo aiyya munqalabin yanqaliboon.
[227].
227.Except those who believed and did righteous deeds and remembered Allaah most and took
revenge after that which they did wrong and very nearly will know those who did wrong to which
returning place they are returning .
