I can influence public policy on behalf of children/youth and
families by providing high quality preschool for every child in
my child care program. I can continue my education to
become a qualified early childhood education teacher for a
preschool classroom. I will provide an early education
environment thats challenging and appropriate and meets
the individual needs of children and respect cultural
differences.
I will meet the quality benchmarks that are linked to better
outcomes for children such as following the state standards
for early learning. I will ensure that all children in my care
have access to a safe and accessible, high quality early
childhood education that includes a developmentally
appropriate curriculum.
