The Electric Universes Affect on Humanity
Today people are stuck in a state of fact and fiction with the constant question of what is
real. Many people state theory and hypothesis as fact, this gives them imaginary walls that do
not exist. We as a society, are putting them in a shoebox and telling them to grow. This is not
due to improper teaching on the part of any teacher, but due to the fact that the world is full of
misconceptions that are taught as fact. We are taught at a young age that everything has a
known value, a set answer, and a single outcome. This induces set thinking within society,
promoting complacency and inhibiting new growth as well as hindering new discoveries.
The Big Bang theory is the traditional model that teaches how the Universe became
what it is today, and how and why it operates and behaves the way it does. Most of our science
is based off of its ideas and concepts. It is also part of the standard curriculum that all nations
teach in their schools, colleges and universities. This has lead to the development of the 13.25
billion dollar large hadron collider in Switzerland, and the 1.1 billion dollar LAIGO gravity wave
detector in Washington and Louisiana, and the tens of billions of dollars that have been spent
over the last 60 years in the search for sustainable nuclear fusion throughout the world.
The idea behind the Big Bang theory is that gravity is the main force that controls the
movements, functions and operations of the Universe. As many people would believe, the
universe wasnt created by an explosion in space as the name of the theory would suggest. The
theory states that initially before the Big Bang began, the Universe was one small dense point in
space. It then for some unknown reason expanded. During the first second of the Universe, its
size doubled at least 90 times. There was so much energy, it created an immense amount of

heat which then over countless years cooled down. This allowed atoms to cluster together
forming stars and galaxies that we now have today.
Even after approximately 14 billion years after the Big Bang occurred, the universe
continues to expand. Exponentially increasing the distance between all stars and galaxies in
space. Eventually the distance will be so great between all galactic bodies, that each galaxy will
be its own island universe, alone in space. The Big Bang theory states that all the stars in the
universe will eventually fuse every element within them. Starting with hydrogen and stopping at
iron. After that, the stars will turn into things like red giants, white dwarfs, neutron stars,
supernovas, and black holes. But inevitably, all these objects will cool down and die, leaving the
universe a cold and dark place, devoid of sources of heat and light.
The Electric Universe model is a theory that takes a very different approach on
Explaining how the Universe operates. It is founded upon the idea that space is full of charged
particles. Stating that the governing force in the Universe is Electricity. These particles are
known as plasma, which is considered the fourth state of matter. Plasma can be described as
an ionized gas consisting of positive ions (like hydrogen and helium) and free moving electrons.
The Electric Universe model states that 99.9% of the Universe is made of Plasma, this
includes Stars, Nebulas and even Galaxies. When matter is in this state it can be affected by
magnetism, and can act as a conductive material that has almost no resistance (like copper
wires in a circuit). Leading to the idea that huge amounts of current are free to move about in
space. Electric currents as a side effect, will always produce magnetic fields. These galactic
currents and magnetic fields eventually arrange matter into structures such as galaxies,
nebulas, solar systems, and even stars and planets. All of them are set up like electrical circuits
and behave as resistors, transformers, lightbulbs, and capacitors in a circuit.
In the Electric Universe, there was no Big Bang, birth or expansion of the Universe. And
because of that idea, there is no need for the idea of controlled fusion within the cores of stars

or the sun. Leading to the idea that the sun will never die and that space is not expanding. It
may very well be that the Universe is of infinite age, and that it has the ability to continue to exist
for forever.
If the Electric Universe model was at least taught alongside The Big Bang model in
schools and universities, it would change many facets of government, daily life and the
sciences. It could lead to new jobs and fields based on the new view of the Universe. It would
affect governments in some very big ways.
With the Electric Universe model comes the understanding of how the sun truly
operates. Based on all observations on the sun and the research currently being preformed by
the Safire Project, small suns could be made using millions of dollars instead of billions of
dollars. These small man made stars would provide for the power demands of the entire world.
This new clean energy founded upon the ideas and concepts of the Electric Universe
would help to keep the environment clean and healthy. It would eliminate the need to mine for
coal, saving lives and leaving the environment undisturbed. It could also lead to the
abandonment of batteries and the idea of charging electrical devices. There would be enough
available power that it could be broadcast through magnetic polarity like Nikola Tesla once did, a
hundred years ago. Gasoline could eventually be abandoned and electric cars could eventually
dominate the roads, drastically reducing man made greenhouse gases. Other benefits could
eventually include planes that could stay airborne indefinitely. And space flight technology that
could be powered by the stars to take us to the stars. And new medical technology based on the
understanding that we and our surroundings are electrically affected.
The idea of the Electric Universe is over a hundred years old, just as old as the Big Bang
model. But because of the popularity and appraisal of Einsteins theory of relativity and special
relativity, The Electric Universe model has taken a backseat for a whole century, while no proofs
or advances have been made with the use of the Big Bang model.

The supporters of the Electric Universe have formed into one big organization know as
the Thunderbolts Project. The Thunderbolts Project is the collaborative voice of the Electric
Universe movement established in 2004. Its primary mission is to explore the Electric Universe
Paradigm. They are a world wide scientific community comprised of engineers and scientists
spanning multiple disciplines. The founder and director of the Thunderbolts Project is David
Talbott, and the chief science advisor is the Australian physicist Wallace Thornhill, who is also
an accomplished Electrical Engineer. With the growing presence of the Thunderbolts Project, it
focuses on interdisciplinary research, direct observation, and experimental work confirming the
passive role of the electric force in nature.
The use of the ideas and concepts of the Electric Universe could eventually cause
problems with the oil market, and the auto mobile industry which could have impacts on the
relationships countries share with each other because of the decline in the purchase of foreign
oil. This could weaken the standing between countries such as The U.S, Mexico, Nigeria and
Saudi Arabia..
When the majority of the scientific community accepts the Electric Universe as the
standard model, it would cause many people would lose their jobs. Government funding would
stop going to Big Bang theory based projects, and would be diverted to projects focused on the
Electric Universe model. Peoples Careers would also be affected. Scientists that are fully
invested in the Big Bang model would have to learn new materials and concepts to be effective
in their respective fields. Modern physics would shift away from relativity and quantum physics
would have to be rewritten.
The face of education would also be negatively affected, because it would require new
textbooks to be written, teachers and professors would have to be taught the new model so they
can properly teach it to their students. Science fiction films as a result would lose their meaning
and popularity since most of them were based off of Big Bang science. But if the Electric

Universe model was accepted and taught world wide, it would have the potential to eventually
change the face of humanity for the better. Eventually leading to a higher world wide standard of
living. And a greater unity among humanity and an overall leap in technology, and the
Understanding of our place in the Universe.

Course Reflection
I originally took this course because I wanted to learn and know more about how The
United States government worked. At the time I was trying to decided whether or not I wanted to
join the U.S. Navy, I had decided that it would be best to first understand the government and
how it works before I began working for it. At the end I decided not to join the Navy, not because
I decided I didn't like the government or anything like that. I decided not to join because of a
change in circumstances.
Through this course I was able to learn more about the way the United States
government operates and how its organized. In the course I got to learn how the U.S began
and the big and small changes that have been made to its structure and composition throughout
its lifetime. I also learned a little about the economy of the U.S. and a little about the Economy of
the world as a whole. I also got to learn about foreign policy and the actions and relations that
nations have with one another.
I also had the opportunity to discover my political identity and my personal standing on
the morals and opinions of politics through the study of Republicans and Democrats, of Liberals
and Conservatives.
I found this course to be very informative, and that I know have a more complete
understanding of how U.S. government works and how other governments operate. and I feel
like Ill be able to remember and use most of the information I learned while taking Political
Science for years to come.
