All students will correctly match 3 tools with the

We will start the lesson with an discussion , to find out


what the children know about community helpers and
what tools they use.
During the lesson observation will be used to evulate
the childrens learning
At the end children will have an activity where they
start with a picture of an community helper , under the
helper they will draw and label the tools that they use.

I will observe them as they play with the felt board,
and when they do the project. I will use what I learn
to change what we are doing for the day if the
children dont understand.
Summary & Review of the Learning
In a class discussion the children will talk about what
they learned about community helpers
As part of the final discussion the students will talk
about what challenges they faced while learning
about community helpers and how they worked
through them.

them.
