I enjoy making a peer observation to my friend Asma. The students were engage with her,
but she need more control in the class. She was happy, that I will be observe her, when we
start discussing she respect my point of view. She will apply my suggestion and improve
herself to be better than today. I want her to focus in the activity because some students
finish early and that helping her to control the students and make them busy.

The class was nutty which make the teacher to help her to manage them and that effecting
