Black Mans Lives Matter, this is a unique contribution that goes beyond extrajudicial killings of
Black man/ African Amercian people by police and vigilantes. It extends beyond all the open
narrow nationalism between police race, Identities issue.
A black man is a term used in certain countries, often in socially based systems of racial
ethnicity to describe individuals who are dark skinned compared to other given populations
and parts of the world. Such of meaning the expression varies widely both between and
within societies. For many black men and other individual and their communities and
countries what can also be perceived as a derogatory, outdated, reductive or otherwise
unrepresentative label, and, as a result, is neither used nor defined stated by Black people
(2016).
Different societies apply differing criteria regarding who classified as "black", and these have
also changed over time now using the N word. In some parts of the countries, social variables
affect classification as much as black man skin color and what part of social criteria he's or she.
For example, in North America the term black people is not necessarily of skin color, nor their
ethnic origin but is instead a socially based racial classification related to being African
Amercian. With a family history associated with background and history of slavery. In South
Africa and Latin America, mixed-race people are not classified as "black." In other regions such
as, settlers applied the term "black", or local populations used it with different histories and
ancestral backgrounds.

that have are marginalize. My community of DeKalb County, Georgia Lithonia being the
community is a county that is the third most populated county in Georgia. Atlanta surrounding
includes the Metropolitan Area Lithonia and the Atlanta-Sandy Springs (Roswell, GA). Is east
of DeKalb County. It is one of the most diverse communities in Georgia because it is primary a
suburban area. It is also known as the super districts because of the two combined counties.
As a community/county with African-American Man being the majority of the ethics groups that
include Hispanics, Mexicans, Whites, and Asians. The city individual age groups stem from the
age of a new born black male child to adolescents to the elderly old black man, (9.0% harm by
police brutality) from 15-18, (27.4%, police/community relations), including 16-25 yrs. of age
(20.4% murder) and 30-45 yrs. (17.4%, lock up in jail), finally 65 years of age or older state in

acting on implicit biases and institutional policies based on stereotypes and assumptions of black
criminality. Our courts and juries arent impartial arbiters they exist inside society, not outside
of it and they can only rule as much justice as society is willing to give in does? Black man
