According to intelligence agencies, individuals interarn create
disturbances.
The Central Electoral Board (JCE) on Wednesday suspended its
services from 3:00 pm after he received information from state
intelligence about an alleged plan of some groups to cause unrest at its
headquarters.
This was reported by the journalist Rosendo Tavarez, the Z101, who
said that according to information he has, the president of the JCE will
offer a press conference to give details about the particular.
"The information I have is that after three in the afternoon the Board
will be suspending its activities and all personnel will be dispatched to
their homes for security reasons," Tavarez said during the special
