Full Time Pastoral Ministry

Student Ministry
Revitalized a student ministry with 8 students to averaging 50+ students.
Built a core group with other local student ministers that meet and discuss
student ministry and events on a regular basis as well as partnering together
for events and youth rallies.
Built a relationship with area schools and administration.
Built a leadership and discipleship core with the students.
Built an adult leadership group that helps with student services and events.
Started and grew a bus ministry for Wednesdays that has expanded into
multiple bus routes.
Our vision in ministry is to Encourage, Empower and Equip this generation to
go out and change their world around them and cultivate a culture of change
regardless of what mainstream culture says.
Planned and organized first ever student conference in Western Oklahoma.
Launched a self-sustaining website with other contributors around the US to be
a hub for other pastors and leaders to go to for free resources and
communication.
Built relationships with student pastors and leaders in and around the area as
well as a working relationship between the churches.
Built great working relationships with speakers and ministers such as Grant
Pankratz, Jason Patterson and Christian Rapper, FEDEL
Pastoral Ministry
Assisted in varies ministries in the church from visitations to meeting with church
members.
Helped in planning varies church events and outreaches.
Helped organize and oversaw varies ministries such as follow up team, greeters
and student small groups
Helped out in varies needs such as community church outreaches (National Day of
Prayer, Meals on Wheels, Community Thanksgiving Service)

Missions Director
Built relationships with missionaries and ministers around the world.
Organized short term and long term mission trips for student and college ministries.
Was able to build a ministry speaking to Jr. High and High School students in
schools about topics like bullying, drugs and alcohol.
Work and partner with other organizations such as C3 Global, Convoy of Hope and
Strategic Missionary Resources (SMR)
Music and Media
My wife and I are worship directors for our weekend services.
Built a worship team for the student ministry.
Have worked with live sound, church and professional live music venues for 10+
years.
Revitalized our churches brand and marketing plan as well as website, all
promotional printing and graphics for sermons, announcements, etc.
