1. The circulation tank is filled with water.

2. V5 is made sure in fully close position.

3. Main power supply is switched on
4. The main switch on the control panel is turned on. All digital indicators ensured to be
illuminated.

7. The pump turned on and V5 slowly opened until maximum flow rate is achieved.
Experiment procedures is followed to determine the desired flow rate.
8. Pump speed selector switch used to monitor the pump speed.
9. Pressure selector switch to monitor the pressure in the pipe.
10. The pump speed controller turned clockwise until pump speed increased or anti- clockwise to
decrease the pump speed.
5.2 General Shut-down Procedures
1. The pump is turned off
2. Valve V5 is made sure in fully close position.
3. Main switch on the control panel is turned off.
4. The computer is shut downed
5. Main power supply is switched off.
