Note:

All the students are required to follow the above schedule strictly; otherwise the
mentor/committee/coordinator has a right to deduct marks as per the case.

The students are required to meet their respective project mentors continuously so that
their progress can be monitored. Students can also be in communication with their
mentors through mail, if the respective mentors permit to do so.

The students will need to submit a soft copy of their project before the final submission
for the purpose to check plagiarism. If the committee checking plagiarism will not be
satisfied with the Project, the student will not be permitted to go ahead for final
submission until the necessary corrections given by the committee are not done.

Non adherence of schedule and negligence to the above instructions may result in the
cancellation of the project. In such situation, the student will have to reappear for the
Project work.
