1.AdmitLetterofExaminations:
a.CandidatesarerequiredtoproducehardcopyofadmitletteralongwithMembershipidentitycardoranyothervalidOriginal
photoIDcardattheexaminationvenue.
b.IntheabsenceofhardcopyofAdmitLetterandPhotoIdentityCard,candidateswillbedeniedpermissiontowrite
Examination.
c.Admitletterisvalidonlyfortheexaminationandcentre/venuementionedintheadmitletter.
2.MobilePhones:
a.Mobilephonesandotherelectronicgadgets(exceptcalculatoraspermissible)arenotallowedintheexaminationhall.Itisclarified
thatmerepossessionofmobilephoneintheexaminationhallwhetherinswitchoffmodeorsilentmodeshallalsobedeemedtobe
resortingtoadoptionofunfairmeansintheexamination.
b.InstitutewillnotmakeanyarrangementforsafekeepofMobilephones,electronicgadgets,bagsoranyotheritem
pertainingtothecandidates.
3.Useofcalculator:
a.Candidates will be allowed to use battery operated portable calculator in the exam. The calculator can be of any type up to 6
functions,12digits.
b.Attempttouseanyothertypeofcalculatornotcomplyingwiththespecificationsindicatedaboveorhavingmorefeaturesthan
mentionedaboveshalltantamounttouseofunfairmeans.Scientific/Financialcalculatorisnotallowed.
4.OtherRules/Information:
a.Candidatesarenotpermittedtologout/switchoffthecomputerforthesakeofgoingtowashroomandiftheylog
out/switchoffNOrelogin,willbepermitted.Furtherthecandidatesareadvisedthatthetimetakenforgoingto
thewashroomwouldbeinclusiveofthedurationoftwohourspermittedtothemtoanswerthequestionpaper.
b.Candidatesshouldnotpossessand/orusebooks,notes,periodicals,etc.intheexaminationhallatthetimeofexamination/or
usemathematicaltables,sliderules,stencilsetc.duringtheexamination.
c.CandidatesareadvisedtoreachtheExaminationVenueatleast30minutesbeforecommencementoftheexamination.
d.NocandidatewillbepermittedtoentertheExaminationVenue/hallafterexpiryof15minutesandtoleavethehallinthefirst30
minutesfromthescheduledcommencementoftheexamination.
e.CandidateswouldbeabletologintothesystemonlywiththepasswordmentionedinthisAdmitLetter.Thispasswordshouldnot
bedisclosedtoothers.Keepitsafetoavoidthepossiblemisuse.
f.IftheexaminationcouldnotcommenceonscheduledtimeorthereisdelayduetoFailureofpower,Technicalsnagofwhatsoever
natureorforanysuchreasonhavingbearingupontheconductofexaminationcandidateshaveto:
i.Waittillresumptionofpowersupply/solvingoftechnicalsnag.
ii.Takeuptheexaminationatothervenuearrangedbytheexaminationconductingauthority.
iii.Followinstructionsgivenbytheexaminationconductingauthority.
g.Candidatesarerequiredtostrictlyfollowalltheinstructionsgivenbytheexaminationconductingauthorityduringtheexamination
andadheretoRulesoftheexamination.
h.ViolationofanyoftheRules/Instructions,misuseoftheAdmitLetterwillbeconsideredtobeanactofseriousmisconductandthe
InstitutewilltakeactionaspertheRulesoftheexamination,whichwillalsobereportedtotheemployerofthecandidate.
i.ForallExaminationsprintedresultadvices(originalaswellasduplicate)willnotbeissuedbutthesamewillbeavailableonthe
