NOTICE
All residents of Ramanujan hostel are instructed to vacate hostel room on last day of Examination.
While vacating the hostel the students are required to do the following:
1. Get the inventory of their room checked (i.e., fan, tube light, fancy light, regulators,
furniture etc).
2. Handover Hostel I Card (Mess dues will be charged till the date of submission of Hostel I
Card)
3. Get the hostel vacate form filled.
Students may kindly ensure that the doors and walls of the rooms are not defaced. Mess refund
will be done only after room vacation slip is submitted in the office. Mess refund will be done on
following days:

NOTE: If the student fails to complete the above formalities and leaves for summer break then heavy
penalty will be imposed on him.
