Location and actor Availability
Most of the locations i wish to shoot in are on public grounds such as public paths and
bridges ECT however two of the locations Buzz Gym Reading and Oakford social club

despite both being open to the public are privately owned so i will need to acquire written
consent to film in these locations when i need them, however both will available on the
day of my shoots.
I have checked with my actors and they are available on the days i have requested them i
have attached screen shots of email confirmation below.
However if for whatever reason one of them is sick or unavailable on the day i have
prepared back up actors seen in the table. I made sure to get email confirmation from
them so i have secure actors guaranteed and can follow my production schedule.

Legislation Issues
there are some legal issues regarding race representation and copyright and privacy issues
regarding distribution.
When i was planning for this music video i wanted to make sure more than one race other
than caucasian was represented in order to fairly represent all POC in this media product
however when it came to booking actors i found that none of my willing POC actors were
available on the days of the shoot which meant that i had to cast a predominantly white
cast. However in large parts of the video the protagonists are shot in large public locations
with lots of people and i made sure that POC actors would be involved in the club or gym
scene for example as undisclosed extras, i will make sure they are seen clearly in shot and
although representation wise it is the not best as both protagonists are white the cast of
the video will not be completely white washed.
One of the larger issues that i have encountered in preparing for this video is how i can
legally distribute this video in order for it to have maximum impact, i do not own the
rights to the song (Mount Kimble is currently signed by Warp
Records) therefore i will need to acquire written permission
to use and distribute it, my budget for this video is small and
it purely being made to promote the artist so i will not be
able to afford to purchase the rights for the song so i will be
using the creative commons licensing agreement which
tackles issues of sharing content online which states you can
build rework and produce interpretations of work after
agreeing to these turns as long as no capital gain is made by
the secondary party involved this means that if Warp
Records agree to these terms i will be able to legally
produce and distribute the video across social media and on
the internet but i will be unable to make any money of the
video if it succeeds which works well from London Music
Videos perspective as the aim of the video is to promote the artist as opposed to making a
large amount of money from it. i have emailed warp records the details of the creative
commons license and how i intent to distribute the video.

following on from this i need to make sure that the video i produce is in no way
inappropriate or encouraging of anti social behaviour the main platform that this video
will be marketed on is the online streaming service Youtube which has strict community
