Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
Basmati Rice
Eggs
Pepper powder
Salt
Garlic finely chopped
Ginger finely chopped
Spring onion white chopped
Spring onion green
Beans chopped
Carrot finely chopped
Shredded cabbage
Capsicum finely chopped
Vinegar
Soya sauce
Olive/Oil

Method:
1. Wash and Soak the rice in 2.5 cups of water for 30 minutes
2. Add 4 eggs and half a spoon pepper and salt in a big bowl and beat well
3. Grease a tray with oil and pour beaten egg into the tray and boil/steam it for
8-10 minutes in low flame.
4. Scramble the cooked egg and keep it aside
5. Pour water from soaked rice into a pressure cooker and add little salt, 1 t
spoon of olive oil, and 1 t spoon of lemon juice and let the water boil.
6. Add rice mix well, close the lid and cook it in sim mode
7. Stop the flame when 1st whistle is about to come.
8. And transfer it to a basin and allow to cool
9. Take a pan and 3 table spoons of oil to boil and add Garlic-3, ginger-2, spring
onion white-3, carrot, beans and soat this for some time shredded cabbage-1
coup, capsicum and fry well.
10.Add scrambled eggs, rice, white pepper( 1 spoon), vinegar, soya sauce and
salt
11.Add 3 spoons of spring onion green, mix well
12.Turn off the flame.
