Conditions of Service:

1 Borrower should produced a valid personal SAVE CARD with a credit bank balance and a confirm latest pay slip/ telephone/pawa/water bill
2 Borrower should produced a current contact details both during work hours and after hours.
3 All market money is stricted to per fortnight at an interest rate of K3.00 per K10.00 borrowed.
4 For all mini loan, borrower will only apply for K50.00/K100.00/K150.00/K200.00 and not any ammount as desired. The maximum loan that per
person can apply is K200.00 and not more than this.
5 The Repayment Schedule indicates the credit limitation and the time frame of the loan to be due. Failure to comply will results in your
SAVE CARD be confiscated and the borrower will be refered to for legal advice.
6 The Lender reserves the rights to requests for your SAVE CARD pin number to collect due payments and return card with true bank receipt
