ingenieria civil ,con codigo de estudiante numero 2013111334 y dni
73307187, me comunico con usted a fin de justificar mi inasistencia a las
clases de ingles 2 los dias 7/04/2016;8/04/2016; 14/04/2016 ;
15/04/2016;21/04/2016.

la razon por lo que no pude asistir en los dias mencionados se debe a

problemas de salud de mi hermano yo fernando guevara tube que
reemplazar a mi madre en el dia de su operacion de mi hermano por lo que
los medicos piden que un familiar este hay por lo que mi madre no pudo
estar por lo que fallecio su madre y tubo que viajar a lima .espero profesora
me comprenda .
adyunto una copia del parte medico que atendio a mi hermano y copia del
fallecimiento de mi abuelita .
