If there is any performance based penalty is given in LOI/PO. Please mention the same at the time of issue of
this commissioning certificate, otherwise it would be presumed that user department is satisfied with the
performance of equipment /service render by vendor/contractor/consultant and no such performance penalty is
applicable
This request is unconditional / conditional subject to submission of Performance Bank Guarantee and the user
department has checked with all concerned department as to their dues , which have been deducted from the past
bills of the party and that user department undertakes the responsibility for adjustment of any subsequent
deduction , which could not be made .
