    A 33-year-old female patient presented with severe menstrual pain and was found to have an ovarian cyst upon ultrasound after visiting internal medicine and obstetrics/gynecology clinics. During a laparoscopic surgery, a 14cm ovarian cyst was found twisted on the left ovary and the left oophorectomy was performed. The pathology report found it to be a epithelial tumor, which account for 60% of all ovarian neoplasms and 85% of malignant ovarian cancers. These tumors are most common in the 6th and 7th decades of life.
