I enjoyed this class. It was a pleasure to be surrounded by a small group of other Honors kids of various majors studying a multidisciplinary subject.

Exercise Physiology I

2 The course was well organized.

I would switch article 2 and 4 like you suggested in class
6 The professor emphasized conceptual understanding of course material.
Dr. Hartman had a discussion based class which helped a lot with understanding the material. It helped to apply it to situations
8 The professor provided clear explanations to clarify concepts.
He has good analogies that helped put a microscopic process into the real world so we could see it better
9 The assignments contributed meaningfully to my understanding of the subject matter.
Some assignments contributed to the understanding of the material but there are a few that didn't. But we got our money's worth

Many assignments were not related to course material. I would have a better understanding if more conceptual assignments were given.
10 Exams and other assessments concentrated on the important aspects of the class.
I think exams should have covered information that we talked about in class rather than other material.

11 The professor informed students of their progress.

Started off really well but not as much in the end of the course.

Would send out emails to tell us our grade as well as absences. This helped out a lot.
13 The course was:
This class set us up to use what we learned in the real world which was nice. It's a 300 level class so it was supposed to be challenging.
20 Please feel free to include any other general comments concerning your experience in this course in the space that follows.
Dr. Hartman was such a great professor to have this semester. His teaching style and lectures made the class very enjoyable

I enjoyed the class, but I feel that we should be tested on the material that we talk about in class.

Dr. Hartman provides real world examples to complex internal physiological systems. I really enjoyed this class.
