Details
I used the Line and Fill tool to
create the outer border
which properties (Opacity
and Fill) I then reduced to
75% and 86% respectively. I
then used the colour balance
tool to bring out the green
colour more to give that lush
grass colour.

I used an image a weathered
paper and over layered it
twice above the original
picture setting the blend
method to Multiply

I used the marque tool to cut

the oval out of the middle of
the picture and layer it via
copy. I then applied the inner
shadow and drop shadow
effects onto the layer and
applied the same effects
onto the background image

image and put a text
underneath that layer, I then
made the image above the
text into a clipping mask.
