Haunted House Challenge

11th Grade

Story
After the transition from the previous segment of the haunted house you encounter the
entrance to a tent. As you walk closer to the tent the songs of pained soldiers and
gunfire grow louder to ear shattering levels. You enter the tent. everything grows quiet;
the gunshots now sound distant and now the loudest noises are the subtle groans of
men lying on makeshift cots. Walking forward, you notice someone that seems to be the
doctor whispering words (presumably of encouragement) to one of the several patients.
The doctor stands up and turns around to notice you, The doctor extends his slightly
bloodied hand and greets you by stating his name. You reach out to shake his hand
stating your own name. He invites you to accompany him, you agree. Curious of his
work you and the doctor start exchanging questions & answers. After awhile of talking
and walking you notice a man bound to a table, with some kind of object keeping the
man from being able to speak. All you could hear were muffled noises as they grew
more and more frantic the closer the distance from you and him drew. You question the
doctor about the man on the table, but the doctor reassured with a smile that it was
nothing to worry about. The doctor halts you in front of the bound man, the doctor then
made his way to the other side of the table, and washes his hands in a bucket of water
he had on the floor beside him. He then poised his hand directly above the mans
stomach, and push his hands into the mans skin. All you could see was blood pouring
out of the man and all you could hear was his muffled screams. Taken aback horrified
you turn around to find an exit. As you face the way you just came from you notice that
what filled the cots wasnt patients but half decomposed corpses. You notice a tear in
the tent to your immediate right and sprint towards it with all your might. You close in
towards the tear, almost jumping through it, you get your leg caught on the tents fabric
and fall into a large pit. You look around and realize that nothing but dead bodies
surround you, petrified you climb over the corpses doing all in your power to get away.
After several minutes of running you collapse on something strangely cool. You find
out that the thing you was actually a bright orange metal door, gazing at the window you
see that on the other side is a hallway. Now wether from hope or disparity you slowly
force your self up and lift the door open, and with one final push fall though the doorway.
You hear the sound of a door shutting occur behind you; as that sound echoes through
the halls your body becomes filled with relief.
