Post-lesson review and evaluation:

Student achievement:
The children were great during this lesson; they listened as they were excited
about actually getting to make scones. It was great to see how eager they all
were and how they all helped one another. For those children who enjoyed more
hands on stuff this was a really good activity for them as they werent just
required to sit there and do work. They were also all wanting to answer the
questions on the floor before the cooking started and they all listened to one
another as well.
Teaching effectiveness:
This was a good lesson to teach as I had never seen or done anything like that
before. I thought I was clear with my explanations and instructions, as all
children seemed to have a clear idea on what they were required to do. Overall I
was really happy with how this lesson went.
Lesson/activity transition:
Get students to pack up their space they were working in.
