We are in a time and situation were the people need a word in politics. Many
world leaders make selfish decisions that benefit their self and not the citizens. Corrupt
governments are everywhere because the people of the governed lose faith.
democracy and dictatorship are 2 types of government that have totally different living
conditions, paths to be selected as leader, but tend to draw an eye for war.
Democracy and dictatorship have 2 different journeys to the golden chair. As of
for democracy every four years the two political parties hold an election democrat
versus republican or donkey v.s. elephant. Certain amount of candidates race to power
by gaining votes from the people that feel which candidate will best represent the
people. Whoever gains the most vote becomes president . Meanwhile a dictator
powers are passed down to the offspring of the previous leader Chances of a civilian
rising to power are zero chances.
Another way democracy and dictatorship define their self is the conditions of
living. Dictator has only one man in power which means he does not catch point of view
of the people. He controls what you say, watch, and do. Dictator has the power to
imprison or execute. For example Vladimir Putin hosted the winter olympic and in the
opening ceremony an embarrassing technical difficulty happened and the man
responsible was later found dead in hotel room multiple stab wounds, the cause
accidental death. Democracy is for the people where we the people have a word in in

politics. The government evolves around us. The most important freedom. We could
say what we want without worrying about getting thrown in jail or being killed by your
own government. The people have the chance to make as much money as they want
with our own choice of career. Democracy also has 3 house rule. Executive branch,
Legislative branch, and last but not least judicial branch all keep powers in check
making sure the government does not become too powerful.
One similarity democracy and dictatorship share is both governments tend to get
involved in war. Democracy is hated by many countries due to the fact of freedom and
greed. Also having numerous people in government not all on the same eye level could
makes tension, so any little spark can start it. Dictatorship is only one leader in charge
of his entire country sound vulnerable. you could easily hit a dictator with a Blitzkrieg
and take everything they got.
Today democracy is the leading government. Everybody wants to live free with
no worries. Who wants some one looking over you twenty-four-seven. Also you want
there to be a chance for anybody to rise to power not just one family for eternity. One
thing you cant hide from is war. Escobar one said For peace there has to be war.
