or employees do you have; you will need to know how to write a report for business

6. A. Teacher: This type of job need to have an organized information of her students, of the
work is going to assignment and give, to give a grade in the end of the class period or test
and to see the level in progress the students are in. To manage the attendance of the
students. This type of work need to make business report to have specially control of the
information and control of her students and classes.

B. Sales Person: It is very important for a sales representative to keep the company it
represents up to date on its progress. All companies require regular reporting from their
inside sales force. This includes new contracts, new offers, follow up of existing
prospects, probability to win existing opportunities, and revenue forecasts. This job
requires more communication skills. Before they have the job, they need to show the
interviewer their communication abilities. Also, a good well-written resume will easily
open the door for the students to have an interview. After they are hired, accountants have
to write reports for their internal manager to give their advertisements to the company
and to help the company improve its accounting and adjust its budget. Accountants are
required to write footnotes after they record accounts in the journal. The footnotes need to
be simple and easier for the others to understand. Also, accountants need to write letters
to their clients and they need to make sure their clients would understand the reports. It is
normal to require the same level of reporting from independent sales representatives.
Unfortunately, most companies do not have enough contacts with their sales
representatives and do not get detailed reports. A good representative must define with its
principal the level of reporting to provide. Then he must conform to this requirement and
send reports by itself, without being asked. It is very frustrating for a company to be
forced to push its sales representatives to provide reports on a regular basis. Very few
representatives send reports by themselves. Most sales representatives have a very bad
reporting. Therefore, a representative that gives regular and complete reports without
being asked is very much appreciated. Reporting can be a determining factor in the long
run in the relationship between a company and its sales representative. Any company will
prefer a representative that gives regular reports. A sales representative that brings less
revenue but that gives better reporting can in certain cases be preferred to a representative
that does not report on its activities.
7. If you have to much information in a report you could have a Jungle, its mean to much
information that can be lost or disorganized because of the poor control that you can have
with too much information. Is better have the crucial information, clear, organized and
controlled. The key is summarizing the most important and clear, direct information to
the audience can understand all about it.
8. First the report has to be influence by the information needs of business. Report structure
that has developed makes information easy to find. Its permit busy readers go quickly to
the facts needed and to ignore the information not needed. Enables them to finds the
minor, supporting details when these details appear to be useful. In general, its permit
readers to get the information they need the shortest time possible.
