2016 Baseball/Softball Concession Stand Schedule

Each Team will play a double header when scheduled at home. 4 workers for the 1st game and 4
workers during the 2nd game. If you are scheduled to work the 1st game, please be at the stand no later
then 5:30pm. You will stay until workers of 2nd game come to relieve you. Closers, please stay open
until after the 2nd game is finished. If both fields are being used by different teams, I scheduled 4
from each team to work, each working 1 game. If you would like to switch either dates or the game
you are down to work, please arrange it yourself and let team moms of all teams involved know.
Opening and closing duties will be posted at the stand. Team moms are responsible for making sure all
parents work when scheduled, and all changes are to be approved by them. Coaches families do not
work in the concession stand. If your child is part of a smaller team, parents will have more time in the
stand than larger teams. I tried to keep it as fair as I could.
