PARTICULARS OF THE OFFENCE
That the said Bilal Monanka Mwita Tanzanian by nationality,
you are charged that on 20 Nov 2014 at about 13.30 hours at
Makumbusho area in Nyasura Ward within Bunda District in Mara
Region, using the saloon car Registration number T 931 BLZ ,
were found unlawfully aiding and abetting Yiligana Gilima and
three others being the citizens of Ethiopia to enter in United
Republic Of Tanzania without their national Passports or any other
pass to allow them to do so.
