Average tenure of credentialed teacher went from 2 years (in 200809) to 5 years (2012-13)
Created arts integration program that included foundational arts classes, and performance art

intersessions, for every student.

Created outdoor education program where every student had an outdoor camping experience.
Expanded college readiness program for every student, every year.
