as, our recent turnover of 5 crore has proved that we are having significant growth .We also have
realized the importance of divarication in Nepalese market .However we have specialize our
market in paints only for few years to have focus .Our organization have always followed
participatory approach in decision making .We include a pool of stakeholders while making
decision .The stakeholders include low and middle level manager and represents of various
support functions .
In your queries about extent of travel assistance and housing subsidy .We provide leave travel
assistance and housing subsidy according to the rule of the company .There is also provision of
travel allowance as we often provide opportunity for our valued employee to participate in
various training and conferences. However there is no provision of entertainment expenses but
we will take into consideration in near future.
