Types of Fats
Saturated Fat increases heart disease.
Trans fat is the worst fat and it increases heart disease.
Polyunsaturated fat decreases heart disease.
Monounsaturated fat decreases heart disease best fat.
Carbohydrates is sugar

Trans Fat
Trans fat are deadly if you eat more than 16.4 a day you die, trans fat are found in fried
foods and in deserts like some types of ice cream and some types of hamburgers.Trans
fat are not very common in food but you can find them in wafer toddies it has 0.8 trans
fat per pack so if you eat 21 of them you will die but nobody can eat 21 packs of wafer
toddies that each pack has 16 wafers.But not just toddies ,cheeseburger,chicken
nuggets but it doesn't mean you can't eat them you can but not so much and they can
not have trans fat depends where they are made.

Saturated Fat
Saturated fat are found in fried food such as french fries.
Saturated fat also increases heart disease because it attacks the heart by this micro
system called acidic and after a lot that you eat this in a day 2% of your heart gets
infected.Don't freak out because if you eat two or three whatever things that have
saturated fat nothing happens because every day acidic gets eliminated of your body
after 6 or 7 hours.But if you eat 5,6,7 or 8 things that have more than 1.4 of satureted fat
that is when you get in a problem.So controll your what you are eating once in a while.

Carbohydrates
Carbohydrates is sugar
Carbohydrates is one of the fats that are a source of energy your digestive system can
turn this fat into glucose energy.Carbohydrates are found in cereals candy.But the cereal
carbohydrates found in cereal are more energetic than in candy.That is why some
people like me eat cereal with milk in the morning for give energy for all the day.Candy
give Carbohydrates that make feel weak and take away energy from your body.

Monounsaturated fat
Monounsaturated fat are vegetables and olives .
And monounsaturated fat decrease heart disease this happens because the unit acidic
that is the good acidic functions like this the unit acidic gets inside the heart and makes
the heart stronger and it protects you from trans and saturated fat.That i why your mom
and dad say you eat and eat vegetable and olives did you get it?

Polyunsaturated fat
Polyunsaturated fat are fruit, fish
Polyunsaturated fat have amino acidic that goes around your heart the
monounsaturated fat has unit acidic that goes inside the heart.So amino acidic gous
around your body and gives you a source of energy and it decreases heart dieses.
