    Thefollowingtermsandconditionsapplytothisagreement:
    JustEntertainmentshallhaveaccesstotheeventfacilityatleasttwohoursbefore
    theeventtosetupandtestequipment.
    AtablemustbeprovidedunlesstheDJstatesthatJustEntertainmentwillprovide
    itsowntable.
    JustEntertainmentuseshighqualityequipmenttoprovideaday/nightoffunand
    entertainment.
    ThepurchaseracknowledgesthatJustEntertainmentmayneedtouseanassociate
    discjockeyasasubstituteforthecontractedDJ(writtenabove)shouldasituation
    thatdictatesthisarises(e.g.,emergency,etc.).
    Thepurchaserisresponsiblefordamagesresultingfromtheconductofallpersons
    attendingtheevent,includinganydamagetoJustEntertainmentsequipment.
    Cancellationofthiscontractmustbemadeatleast30dayspriortotheeventdate.A
    refundofthedepositwillbegiven.Ifthepurchasercancelsthiscontractlessthan30
    dayspriortotheeventdate,thenthepurchasermustpayacancellationfeeof$150.
    TheDJattheeventwilltakerequests.Arequestlistcanbemadeatleast15days
    priortotheevent.
    JustEntertainmentisafamilyrunandfamilybasedcompany,wewillprovideyou
    withfamilyfriendlyentertainmentandfun!

    Thiscontractwillberenderedvoidunlessasignedcopyofthisagreementandthe
    indicateddepositarereceivedwithin15daysofthesigneddatebelow.

    Pleasereturnasignedcontractwithyourdepositandkeepacopyforyourrecords.
    Paymentmaybemadeincashorcheck.Pleasemakecheckspayableto
