INTRODUCTION
The concept of spirituality is a broad concept because it may be different for
everyone like myself for example my relationship with GOD is what sustains
me for others it may be different with room for many perspectives. In
general, it includes a sense of connection to something bigger than
ourselves, and it typically involves a search for meaning in life. As such, it is
a universal human experience something that touches us all. People may
describe a spiritual experience as sacred or transcendent or simply a deep
sense of aliveness and interconnectedness. Some may find that their
spiritual life is intricately linked to their association with a church, temple,
mosque, or synagogue. Others may pray or find comfort in a personal
relationship with God or a higher power. Still others seek meaning through
their connections to nature or art. Like your sense of purpose, your personal
definition of spirituality may change throughout your life, adapting to your
own experiences and relationships.

SPIRITUAL MISSION STATEMENT

The mission statement is to provide and atmosphere of
spiritual well being to individuals who seek it the
purpose is to provide person with the ability to achieve
a connection with GOD or a higher being or just to reach
a level of enlightenment it is open to all we offer
meditation, yoga, we also offer Bible studies as well
and ,etc. just to name a few this will be for the
betterment and unity of we as human beings.

MUSCLES OF THE SOUL

Now lets look at five muscles of the soul according to
(https://kaplan.vitalsource.com/#/books/9781284090444/cfi/12)
Forgiveness:The capacity to pardon those who we feel have
violated us as well as the capacity to forgive ourselves for our
mistakes and foibles. Forgiveness is not letting someone off the
hook when we feel violated or victimized. Forgiveness is a gift of
compassion we give ourselves so that wecan move on. If someone
else benefits, great, but forgiveness is not done for that someone
else. It is done for ourselves. In the Bible it says Bear with each
other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one
another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you (Colossians 3:13).

MUSCLES OF THE SOUL

Patience:Patience is the ability to wait and wait and wait till
some sign is acknowledged that it is time to move on. Just as there
is strength in motion, there is power in stillness. The Western
culture is big on immediate gratification, the antithesis of
patience. Impatience often leads to intolerance and anger.
Patience quells an angry heart. In the book of Isaiah it says Isaiah
40:31 But they that wait on the LORD shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not
be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Also in James 5:7 Be
patient therefore, brothers, to the coming of the Lord. Behold,
the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, and has
long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.

MUSCLES OF THE SOUL

Faith:Faith is one part optimism, one part love, and two parts mystery. Faith is
more than a belief that things will work out okay; it is an innate certainty that all
will end well. Faith is an inherent knowing that we are part of a much bigger
whole and that the whole has a loving, divine nature to it. In the Bible there are
many scriptures pertaining to faith such, Faith is not only a gift, but also a fruit of the
Holy Spirit plus a part of our Christian armour; so we see the importance of it in our
Christian walk (Galatians 5:22). May we be spoken of as were the Christians at
Thessalonica, We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet,
because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you
all toward each other aboundeth; So that we ourselves glory in you in the
churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and
tribulations that ye endure (2 Thessalonians 1:3-4). Faith will carry us through
every trial and tribulation. Faith is really not that difficult. God made it easy. In essence,
faith is just taking one more step with Jesus; its believing God for one more hour, and
because we do not give up on God, He comes through with our answers when we trust
Him.

MUSCLES OF THE SOUL

Humbleness:The ego begs to go first. The soul is content going last. Humbleness is a
trait that is called upon when we are reminded to serve others. Humbleness is
manifested in acts of politeness, yet it never undermines self-esteem. Humbleness is
based on the Golden Rule, by which you treat others as you would have them treat you.
In a fast-paced world where rudeness prevails, acts of humbleness are greatly
appreciated. In the Bible it speaks about humility as well such as, Being humble is
something that is a must for anybody who calls herself a Christianthe Bible cannot be more
clear about this. The Old Testament mentions the importance of being humble several times.
During his ministry, Jesus spoke about the importance of being humble. The subject is also
brought up several times throughout the writings of the Apostles found in the New Testament.
The Bible is very straightforward when discussing those who are filled with pride.
James and 1 Peter quote Proverbs 3:34, which states that He (God) mocks proud
mockers but gives grace to the humble. Proverbs 16:18 goes even more in depth,
saying that pride goes before destruction; a haughty spirit before the fall. It is
only in being humble that we realize just how much we need a Saviour. Those who
are proud believe they are fine as is and that they dont need God in their lives.

MUSCLES OF THE SOUL

Unconditional Love:To extend love and compassion from your heart without
conditions or expectations is the hallmark of this muscle of the soul. Some say that
humans are not capable of unconditional love, but just ask any mother of a newborn baby and you will learn quite quickly that indeed we possess this attribute.
Unconditional love is egoless. In the Bible it also speaks of unconditional love for
example, In Romans 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of CHRIST? Shall
trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
Oh, how hard this life can be. Romans 8:35 speaks to all of the things of the world that
cause our fear to overwhelm our faith. The response to the hardships and tragedies that
we face, is to remember, that there is one thing that cannot be taken from us. Christs love
goes with us wherever life turns. This unending affection is our greatest protection
against anything that comes our way. By the way there are Greek words for love in the
Bible (http://
www.gods-word-first.org/fruitofspirit/biblelove-agape-phileo-eros-storge.html)
Agapeo: Unconditional love; the love of God in the renewed mind in manifestation
Phileo: Love between friends
Eros: The sense of being in love; romantic love
Storge: Love of family; Parent/child, siblings, cousins, etc. In a very close family, agape is
felt as well.

SPIRITUAL ACTIVITES
Bereavement programs they are essential according to (http://
www.interimhealthcare.com/services/hospice/bereavement-services )
Bereavement care is an essential component of hospice care that includes
anticipating grief reactions and providing ongoing support for the bereaved over
a period of 13 months. While the terms are often used interchangeably,
bereavement refers to the state of loss, and grief is the reaction to loss. Who
doesnt need encouragement in times like these I believe they are very
important.
Diversity Programs such as, companies like coca- cola their programs are
designed to (
http://www.coca-colacompany.com/our-company/diversity/workplace-culture /)
Our diversity workplace strategy includes programs to attract, retain, and develop diverse
talent; provide support systems for groups with diverse backgrounds; and educate all
associates so that we master the skills to achieve sustainable growth. Most places have
already implemented these programs because the job force is so multinational now.

SUMMARY
To summarize everything that was said each of us looks
at spirituality differently than other I myself am a bornagain Christian I put my trust and my faith in JESUS
CHRIST for me that is all that is needed but I know we
live in a society that is becoming more and more
tolerant so I cannot expect people to believe what I
believe no matter how bad I may want that but as Is aid
before JESUS CHRIST is all that I need and constant
prayer but for others it could be something totally
different each of us must use what we believe is best
after all GOD created us all with free- will the ability to
choose.
