THE HARE AND THE TORPOISE
One day a hare asked a tortoise to take part in a race. The hare was running fast, but the tortoise was
running slowly. The hare was sure to win, so, after running a little he wanted to take rest and fell
asleep. But the tortoise never stopped. Slowly and steadily he reached the post before the hare and
became the winner.
