life

expectancy and GDP per capita, yearly growth of the two countries
Graph from gaprminer.org

By referring to the Graph, Germany is way more developed than India because people in Germany
are expected to live up to 82 years old where people in India are expected live up to 65 years old.
This is a very big difference because people in Germany could live 16 year more than people in
India. This graph shows that Germany is more developed than India because people could live long
which means that more people in Germany could afford to have a health care, and less people in
India could afford a health care.

This graph shows the population of people who have HIV and the life expectancy of people in
countries in 2011.

(graph from
Gapminder)

Referring to the graph, 0.1 million people in germany have HIV and people are expected to live to
the age of 83. About 3 million people have HIV and they are expected to live till the age of 65. This
means that people in Germany are richer than the people in India because less people in Germany
have HIV. Also, richer people often have health checks which poorer people doesnt.

Graph analysis

Referring
to the
graph, in
2013
Germany
has 3.8
trillion
USD and
India has about 1.9 trillion USD. In 1991, Germany have about 1.9 trillion USD and India have
about 0.2 trillion USD, this means that in 1991, Germany is still more developed than India.

Part 2:
Answering the research question
The development and economies of Germany and india are different because from referring to the
two pictures above, The education in Germany is better than education in India, and there are much
more buildings in Germany than in India. Also, the GDP $46,268, and the GDP per capita for India
is $1,498. Germany is more developed than India because Germany is the largest export economy
in the world. In 2013, Germany earned 1.38 trillion USD from its imports and earned 1.15 trillion
USD from its exports.. Also, Germany have a lot of export goods to sell to countries around the
world. The top exports of Germany are cars, vehicle parts, packaged medicaments, planes,
helicopters, spacecrafts, petroleum gas etc.(OEC-Germany) India had earn $235 billion dollars from
its imports and $142 billion from its exports. Indias biggest import is crude petroleum and spent
$155 billion on it. (thegaurdian-Indias trade) Although India is less developed than India
surprisingly, India is catching up which means that the economies of India is getting better. This is
because India is building a stadium for a sport event with shuttle buses. This situation have never
happened before in india. (The economist)
ConclusionThe economies and development of India and Germany are different because Germany have much
more imports and exports than India.
