Monster

The packaging usually contains a warning label advising consumers


against drinking more than 48 oz of caffeine per day (16 oz per day in
Australia). Europe does not have these warning labels. The drinks are not
recommended for pregnant women or people
sensitive to caffeine.
The ingredients are: carbonated water, sucrose,
glucose, citric acid, natural flavors, taurine,
sodium citrate, color added, panax ginseng root
extract, L-carnitine, caffeine, sorbic acid, benzoic
acid, niacinamide, sodium chloride,
glucuronolactone, inositol, guarana seed extract,
pyridoxine hydrochloride, sucralose, riboflavin,
maltodextrin, and cyanocobalamin
The Monster Energy logo is widely recognized
among major energy drink companies. The design
was created by McLean Design which is a California-based branding
company. The logo is made up of a vibrant large green M on a black
background. The M is designed in such a way to make it look as if a
monsters claws are ripping in to the can, this is to help the product match
the product name and theme.
Monster Energy is the title sponsor of the French motorcycle Grand Prix
since 2010.
Since 2012 Monster has been the main sponsor of the Speedway Grand
Prix and Speedway World Cup.
Monster got its self in to eSports with their sponsorship of Evil Geniuses,
one of the premiere North American multi-gaming organizations. Monster
Energy also sponsoring the professional eSports team; such as, Team
EnVyUs, and Fnatic.
In June 2015, Monster Energy agreed to a sponsorship deal with Zayat
Stables to sponsor the race horse American Pharoah for an undisclosed
sum, making it the largest single-horse advertising sponsorship to date.
The deal allows the product's logo to be used on the horse's horse sheets,
on jockeys shirt and boots, as well as caps and other gear worn by people
around the horse.

Red Bull
Red Bull contains caffeine, taurine,
B vitamins (B3, B5, B6, B12),
sucrose, and glucose. To produce
Red Bull Sugar free, sugars sucrose
and glucose have been replaced by
the sweeteners acesulfame K and aspartame/sucralose.
The original Red Bull from Austria has been exported to
China since 2014. The local energy drink brand is also
called Red Bull. Red Bulls sold in China have two
versions: a regular-strength version in a short, wide, gold-and-red can
similar to the Thai drink and an "extra-strength" version in a taller,
thinner, blue-and-silver can. Red Bull's slogan was "it gives you wings"
until they were Sued for $13 million. Red Bull's target audience is young
men mostly with extreme sports. These range from mountain biking, BMX,
motocross, windsurfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, kayaking, rowing,
wakeboarding, cliff-diving, surfing, skating, freestyle motocross, rally,
Formula 1 racing, to breakdancing. Red Bull uses music and videogames,
and has used celebrities, such as Eminem as a sponsorship for rap battels.
Red Bull owns association football teams, with clubs in Austria, Germany,
the United States and Brazil featuring the Red Bull trademark in their
names. Red bull is now such a big brand and is well recognized all around
the world and sell around 3 billion cans a year.

Relentless
Relentless offers a wide range of flavours to their customers which gives
them a broader target audience as they can then cater for a wider range
of people, these flavours include orange, tropical juiced, berry juiced,
sugar free, apple and kiwi, lemon ice and cherry. The amount of caffeine in
a can of relentless is very high and the can comes with a warning label to
advise that young children and pregnant women dont drink it as it may
be harmful.
Ingredients: Carbonated Water, Sugar, Citric Acid, Taurine (0.4%),
Glucuronolactone (0.24%), Acidity Regulator (E331), Colour (Caramel
E150d), Flavorings, Preservative (E202), Caffeine, Inositol, Vitamins
(Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, B3, B6, B12), Guarana.

Relentless is produced for "those with need of strong


stimulation". The can has a distinctive dark brown colouring
which changes depending on the flavour of drink you get.
The can shows the muscles of a human's
neck/head/shoulder, and is marketed to provide continuing
energy with the slogan of "No Half Measures" but The CocaCola Company is implying not to settle for less than the best.
"Suffer for your art" is used on the cans and continues to be
included in the adverts for the well-known energy drink.

Mountain Dew
Between the 1940s and 1980s, there was just one type of
Mountain Dew, which was citrus-flavored and caffeinated in most markets.
Diet Mountain Dew was introduced in 1988, followed by Mountain Dew
Red, which was introduced and was then discontinued in 1988.

"carbonated water, high-fructose corn syrup (in much of the
U.S.), concentrated orange juice, citric acid, natural flavors,
sodium benzoate, caffeine, sodium citrate, erythroid acid, gum
Arabic, calcium disodium EDTA, brominated vegetable oil
(banned ingredient in Europe, India & Japan)
The first flavour which was yellow-green-coloured and was
citrus-flavoured soda that was developed in the 1940s by
Barney and Ally Hartman, who were beverage bottlers in
Tennessee. A revised formula was created by Bill Bridgforth in
the year 1958. Flavour changed to use high fructose corn syrup
in the 1990s.
The latest flavour was introduced in Early 2016, Mountain Dew Pitch Black
Freeze is only available at Speedway Gas stations in America.
