Steps to improve & parameter tuning for CS & PS IRAT sucess rate improvement.
Kindly let me know the reasons for INTERRATPHYCHFAILNUM. Is it only Physical channel not available in GSM system or any other.

2. gsmPropRepeatInterval
3. gsmThresh3A
4. tCellChange
5. serviceOffset2d
6. fachMeasOccaCyclenCoeff
Return To Old Channel due to Physical Channel Failure in CS IRAT is mostly caused due to high ICM band, BSIC/BCCH collision, alarms/HW
issues etc on 2G network. For PS IRAT it is mostly due to lack of data slots either due to preemption by speech calls or poor dimensioning.

Starting With basic level:1. GSM cells definitions in RNC (All GSM cell information must be updated & correct i.e BCCH , CI , LAC , BSIC etc)
2. If a lot of GSM neighbors defined to a single UTRANCELL reduce it to sum less amount (6-8 GSM nbrs are enough per UTRANCELL)
3. Chk GSM nbrs (removing duplicacy regarding same BCCH/BSIC cells)
4. Thresholds & time to trigger for 2d & 3a.
5. change Qoffset1sn to a higher value (default is 0 make it to 5 for worst performing IRAT relations)
Physical channel fail is coz of bad coverage of GSM also , or congestion in GSM network.
