Employment History & Work Experience

2015- 2017

At present, I am still a student at Cheadle & Marple Sixth Form College,

therefore have no current employment history. However, I have completed
various work experience in a range of different areas, both with college
and outside of college in my spare time.
During my time at Marple Sixth Form College, I completed a one week
work experience course whilst studying BTEC Level 3 Creative Media. The
single week course involved working at my local leisure centre and help
other colleagues complete day to day tasks.
Interests & Achievements
During my studies at both Marple Sixth Form College and Chapel High
school, I have gained numerous achievements and qualifications in
relevant subject areas and key topics. Whilst at Chapel-en-le-Frith High
school, I excelled in my GCSEs as I achieved 12 GCSEs at A*-C including
Maths, Science and English.
I enjoy working as part of a team, as I feel that I can contribute a
considerable amount to group discussions. I also enjoy leading a team and
taking charge of a group as I feel that I have exceptional time
management skills and am able to organise roles and responsibilities
within a group of people.
In contrast to this, I also feel that I am able to complete tasks efficiently
when asked to work independently. This is because I feel that I am a
focused and motivated student that can meet deadlines and adapt to a
range of situations and circumstances to complete work to the highest
level of degree.
Additional information
I have yet to make a decision about what I will be doing after college. I
hope to go to a well-respected university where I will continue my studies
in the creative media industry. However, if I am not accepted into
university, then I hope to get an apprenticeship with a well-established
media production company furthering my knowledge in the creative
sector.
