Example: When Anansi the spider brought out the sun that he had
retrieved for God from a bag, the rays blinded anyone who didnt close
their eyes. This myth explains the creation of blindness. (And this myth
also counts as a Trickster archetype myth)
Example: In, The Book of the Heavenly Cow, The god Ra sends
the cow goddess, Hathor, to punish the human race for not
respecting him. Hathor turns into a lion-headed goddess and kills
so many people that their blood runs like rivers, which she drinks.
Sun god
What is it?
The SUN GOD is usually the god of daylight and/or controls the power of
light.
Example: Ancient Egyptian god Ra is one of the oldest gods, they call him the
creator all kind and is usually symbolized with the noon sun. In many stories he is
symbolized with the noon sun because at the end of every day when he entered the
under the underworld the sun would set with him.
The task

The TASK is the performance of some nearly superhuman deed.
Example: The sun god Ra is to protect the wearer of an amulet called the achet,
and another example is Thoth, he mediated power between good and evil and was
simlar to the Greco-Roman era messenger god Hermes, he had many jobs in
Ancient Egypt.
The trickster
Trickster figures , present in every oral tradition , are weak , often
amoral , characters who outsmart stronger opponents.
Example:There he was ,leaping about and grinning to himself, and
soon as he caught sight of Tortoise he exclaimed; bless my tail!
