IT IS ORDERED as follows:

The Conservator has in her possession belonging to the estate
after deducting credits to which she is entitled, a balance of
$56,766.12, less the sums distributed to Quinn Alexander Wolfe also
known as Quinn Alexander California, of $45,601.39, leaving a balance
of $11 , 164.73 in the Conservatee ' s IRA account at Los Padres Savings
Bank.
2. All acts and transactions relating to matters in the Third
