The 2nd Annual Breakfast Under the Stars Gala will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016.
Who doesn't love an elegant breakfast for dinner? Last year 3 Irish Jewels Farm debuted
ourbeautiful event at the lovely Toast Cafe in Cary. We raised over $15,000 last year,and it
was so successful that we wound up needing a larger facility this year. We couldn't have done
it without our long list of amazing sponsors, and the huge amount of help and input from
Toast Cafe owners and chef. Thank you!
This year we will be hosting our second annual Breakfast Under the Stars
at the beautiful 214 Martin Street in Downtown Raleigh, overlooking
Moore Square and the cobblestone paths and twinkle lights of Martin
Street. Just like last year, we will be oering hors doeuvres, an elegant
dinner of a scrumptious gourmet breakfast, followed by a special
champagne toast. We will also be oering a unique silent art auction
(even bigger and more amazing this year),
featuring beautiful one-of-a-kind artwork by
our Camp We hope to top last years
number, and we need YOU to help us reach
our goal. Please join us in celebrating the
beautiful lives of our friends with autism in our area,
and help us provide them with more choices for living and
recreation.

About 3 Irish Jewels Farm

The long-term goal of 3 Irish
Jewels Farm, a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit organization, is to oer
a person-centered home to adults with autism in which they can
thrive and continue to grow and learn. The tranquil agricultural
setting will provide a well structured residence with safety,
cohesiveness and serenity. Well-trained co-workers who are familiar
with the resident farmers special needs will assist the farmers in
learning and discovering new skills, encouraging them to reach their
fullest potential. In turn, the resident farmers will experience
appropriate and rewarding work, along with organized leisure time
and social activities.
As a community within a larger community, we strive to educate the
general public about autism awareness and invite community
members to volunteer in all activities and special events. 3 Irish
Jewels Farm is currently providing services in the following way:
Track-out camps for children in grades K-5 (Camp Bluebird), social clubs for teens and adults, and
educational workshops, support groups and volunteer opportunities to the general public. We are
beginning to collaborate with the many universities and schools around the Triangle and hope to
start providing internships soon.
Camp Bluebird, a division of 3 Irish Jewels Farm, is a track out and summer day
camp designed for school-aged children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The
mission of Camp Bluebird is to nurture each child on the autism spectrum as a
whole; emotionally, socially, physically and intellectually; encouraging
exploration and appreciation of the world around them while learning through
play, with a dedicated, respectful, creative and professional sta in a safe and
stimulating environment.
The curriculum at Camp Bluebird emphasizes the development of the whole
child. Learning activities are designed to match the
developmental stages of each child, regardless of age. Attention is
directed at the process and pleasure of discovery in each project.
