TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
I believe that relationships are central to developing an effective learning environment in the classroom. Strong
teacher-student relationships allow for differentiation in teaching which provides a learning environment that
meets the individual needs of each student. I value the importance of authentic learning tasks, and by
incorporating 21st century learning skills in the classroom; I can ensure students come away with a strong
understanding of the curriculum and learning outcomes.
