MatriKiran High School started its first academic session in April


2016 at Sector 83, Vatika India Next, Gurgaon. It is the first senior
school to be operational in Sectors 81-115. The sprawling 6.25 acre
campus of MatriKiran High School comprises of classrooms, activity
rooms (art, music, dance, craft, carpentry), training rooms, a huge

ASF Insignia. Nukkadwala experience is all about savouring authentic
Indian foods and flavours under one roof. The first outlet of Nukkadwala is
located at Vatika Business Park, Sohna Road and 8 more outlets will open
shortly. Nukkadwala also caters to corporate events and has catered to

Vatika Express City Gurgaon

Haryana CM has ordered completion of Dwarka Expressway by


June 2017. Kherki Daula-Palam Vihar stretch will open by August
22, 2016

Vatika Express City (XPC) is a 300 acres township


located right at the intersection of 2 highways
Dwarka Expressway (National Highway) and Pataudi
Road (State Highway). Spread across Sectors 88A,
88B and 89A in Gurgaon, the township offers a mix of
residential, commercial and retail spaces and is wellequipped with all services and amenities. The project
lays special emphasis on street layouts and has ample
green spaces

The state is planning to build a metro line and bus corridor along
the Dwarka Expressway, which will have a positive impact on real

The Dwarka Expressway project crossed a major hurdle after


the Punjab and Haryana High Court resolved the dispute over
allotment of plots to New Palam Vihar families by directing HUDA to
allot plots in Sector 110A instead of Sector 37C. All litigations have

Dwarka Expressway Updates

Dwarka Expressway is now a National Highway (NH 8A). The


decision will speed up its completion as it will now be controlled
by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)

been transferred to HVPN to shift them
