sidewalks and planters.

The work included in this phase is to be Substantially

Phase 4 includes:

Abatement of Building C (Not In Contract, to be performed
by separate contract by Owner).
2.
As Additive Alternate No. 3, selective demolition of
Building C and subsequent renovation of Building C. Also
included is an new canopy to the South of Building C.
3.
The work included in this phase is to be Substantially
Complete in 775 days.
Phase 5A includes:
1.
Abatement of Classroom Wing F (Not In Contract, work to
be performed under a separate contract by Owner). Allow
35 days for the abatement of Classroom Wing F.
2.
Complete demolition of Classroom F building and
foundation. Demolition of Classroom Wing F must be
completed during Summer of 2017.
3.
Modifications required at Building B where Classroom
Wing F was removed.
4.
Final site grading.
5.
Implementation of new landscaping.
Phase 5B includes:
1.
Construction of new pad for "Garden of Angels"
monument.
2.
Construction of new sidewalks in courtyard.
3.
The work included in this phase is to be Substantially
Complete in 850 days.
General Notes for All Phases:
1.
During all phases of work school will be fully operational
during regular school calendar year. The school
maintains use of some facilities during the summer break
for camps, etc. Safety of students, staff, and visitors is
very important. Fencing and barricades as required to
keep non-work personnel out of the construction site will
be Contractor's responsibility.
2.
Coordinate with Owner to move out of existing spaces
that are to be demolished or renovated prior to Contractor
needing to obtain that space to work if necessary.
3.
Reference instructions to bidders Article 11 Completion
Time for milestone time frames for each phase of work
listed above.
