LG Consumer Electronics
LG is a South Korean Multinational Electronics Firm and one of world's leading brand operating
in consumer electronics, chemical industry and telecommunication services. LG is known for
manufacturing world class Tv sets, Music Systems, Radios and a range of kitchen and home
appliances.

Dixon's association with LG began in 1993 when LG chose Dixon as its first EMS
partner in India to manufacture TV sets and TV Chassis for its European market.

Dixon added another feather to its cap when LG again chose Dixon as its EMS partner

Set Top Boxes

Dish TV is a leading Indian company that provides direct-to-home satellite television. A division
of Zee Network Enterprise, Dish TV India is ranked #437 and #5 in the list of media companies

Dixon started its glorious association with Dish TV in the year 2010 when it started
manufacturing digital set top boxes for the direct-to-home satellite television provider.
Philips Consumer Electronics & Lighting Fixtures
Philips is Dutch multinational firm with a strong market hold in India and hugely popular for its
Consumer Electronics goods such as TV sets, music systems, car entertainment systems and an
array of other domestic and personal healthcare appliances with strong focus on lighting
industry.
Dixon associated with Philips in 1994 when it started manufacturing consumer electronics
appliances and relationship grew further with start of lighting products production in 2008.
Toshiba LCD Television Sets
Toshiba is a Japanese multinational electronics, electrical equipment and IT corporation. It is a
diversified manufacturer of electrical products, spanning information and communications
equipment, Internet-based solutions and services and electronic components.
Dixon began its alliance with Toshiba in 2011 when it started manufacturing LCD television sets
for the brand, and hence embarked upon a journey of a successful association.

Consumer Electronics
Dixon is one of the largest manufacturers of Consumer Electronics products including LED
Television and DVD players. We have a capacity to produce 1.2 million LED TVs per annum
which is almost 20% of the total market for LED TVs. Dixon is the only company offering endto-end solution in LED TV segment including Auto Insertion, SMT, LCM module assembly,
moulding and final assembly. Dixon manufactures complete range of LED Televisions starting
from 19 till 65 including Ultra High Definition Televisions.

Dixon Appliances is part of the Dixon Group of Companies that began operations in the year
2010 and in a short period of time has emerged as the largest ODM manufacturer of semi

Set Top Box
Dixon has pioneered the design and manufacturing of set top boxes (STBs) in India & offers
STBs for both digital cable & satellite TV markets. Dixons STBs are certified by Conax &
NDS, both prominent CAS players commanding 70% market share in the Indian market.
Dixon has state-of-the-art facilities well supported by backward integration by adding capacity
for sheet metal casting & molding of plastic panels backed by a box building capacity to
manufacture 3 MM+ STBs annually.

Today, Dixon has the largest domestic capacity for manufacturing Set Top boxes.

80 tons to 1600 tons in capacity and several dedicated tool rooms. Accessories that are the result

LED Panel Asssembly
Dixon has started LED Panel Assembly at its Dehradun plant.Dixon now has TV Assembly,
LCM Manufacturing and PCB manufacturing all under one roof.
