TP History
My history in TP started 6 months ago in Kohls when I used to be not a very good agent, at the end of the peak season I had a
supervisor that temporally from Puebla, she teach me a lot from TP and how can I take all the bad things that I used to do and I can
apply to do whatever I want, after Kohls they transfer me to Comcast and my supervisor was Cynthia Castillo; for me one of the best
supervisor I've ever have, she tell me that whatever I've done in the past must be something to learn what and how do I need to keep
in the past and never has to do it again with all the good things and take change my mindset to due to improve to leadership with
person I could be a very good supervisor and more than supervisor I know how to lead group of people and teach them and guide to
a very good way, so we worked together learning how to feel and how to keep TP as a way to live and how can I apply my engineering
in this company.
Since then I have work to keep all professional whiteout tardiest and absences keeping my metrics on goal, some times is not very
easy and I know that I have to work very hard because I work and I am still on school but all what I do is just to be better in everything.
