FLOW CHART FOR TRANSFER OF PROPERTY / TITLESHIP PROCEEDINGS
1. Purpose:
1. To get transfer of ownership of the assessed buildings in Municipal records
and entitle the citizen the property title of that particular property
2. To update ownership details for proper collection of property tax and other
taxes or fees
2. Scope:
Applicable to all the assessed properties, which is purchased or sold under the
jurisdiction of GHMC Limits
