Narrative:
received a 911 transfer from MSP. Caller stated his name was
Tony and he was near the Train Station. Tony stated he hates
his life and wants to jump in front of the train. he stated
he has been fighting with his family and can't stand it
anymore. I told him we wanted to talk to him. He then stated
there was nothing we could do to help him. He stated we
would put him in state prison. I was able to get him to tell
me he was on the bridge sitting on a bench.

Bombard reports the male party is in crisis but is highly
intoxicated, MFD en route
