Stage II of labor is the time when the complete opening of cervix is 10 cm until the baby born. Unappropriate or unaccordance with safety procedures of maternity assistance can danger the mothers and their babies. Therefore, to prevent of danger to the mothers and their infants need to use the principle of delivery assistance that is standardization with Normal Maternity equaire on stage II, consist of environmental preparation, preparation of helper, preparation of tools and materials, implementation procedures, and preparation of mothers and families who describe the mothers nurturing love. This research aims to determine the accuracy of description of normal delivery assistance on the second stage by the midwives in Jombang Jember. This research is descriptive and the population are the midwives in Jombang Jember. The member of sample are 7 respondents and taken by total sampling technique. Data collected by observation, conducted by directly observation using checklist that consisits of 89 questions. Each respondent is observed five times with different patients. The data processing result generally shows that all respondent (100%) are enough on doing preparation of environment, 42.86 % respondent are sufficient on preparing mother, 71.43% respondents are less on doing preparation of tools, 42.86% respondents are sufficient on doing preparation of the helpers and 42.86% respondents are sufficient on performing implementation procedures. From the research resultvit this data is expected to be the basic policy for midwives on performing action for the next delivery assistance. For the society, it is expected to become the knowledge so that they can perform routine inspection. For the next researcher, it is expected to be come the additional data for further research, especially about the accuracy of normal maternity assistance on stage II.
