2. Motivation
My motivation for this minor is based on full confidence on the experience and
prestige of the institution, which trains professionals who are able to face any situation i
n the field of education and employment, added to the excellent teaching staff with
extensive experience, imparting lessons that will help in my professional training in order
to increase the skills I possess while discovering those that have not been implemented in
my working life. In summary it is a suitable institution where, as a student and future
professional I can acquire new knowledge to help my full intellectual and social
development.

Digitization Project Volkswagen (Last semester): Based project teams looking for ways
to innovate and prepare the company for technological changes to come in the future to

continue to be a leading company. This project is planned to hit the 15,300 employees
currently working with VW Mxico.
